Windmill Sprinkler Co Inc

I bought a property that had a sprinkler system installed by this company. There’s an issue with my pump, I just called to see if they could come out to take a look. The woman I spoke with was very short w/​me, arrogantly stating that she had availability the week of June 22 and that she couldn’t even tell me a day when someone could come out. When I remarked that 10 days seemed like a long time, she arrogantly responded «Well, we’re very busy and that’s just for sometime that week, like I said, I can’t even guarantee you a specific day that week.»
While I am sure this company is busy (it’s sprinkler season), they acted like my business was meaningless. Frankly, had she been even the least bit nice, I would’ve waited for the appointment. I understand about being busy, and let’s face it, a sprinkler problem is minor in the grand scheme of things. Her attitude, however, was so bad, I chose to just move on.
Do not use this company. In this writer’s opinion, they do not value potential new business, they’re just too busy.

I used Windmill to install my irrigation system in both the front and back yard. Communication was great and they were always on time. Bill, the owner did a great job and took the time to educate me on the new timer system. I did do my research, and by far Windmill came out on top with respect to price and trusting that they would do a quality job. I am very satisfied with the outcome and would recommend Windmill for all of your irrigation installations and services.
