Having done a great job on two driveways and a small patio in front several months ago, I had Watermark bid on a re-​hab of the back pool deck and pool interior. Their cost estimate was very competitive, but more importantly, they provided real ‘consultant’ level of what was needed.
It’s hard to imagine a more responsive, professional crew. The work was completed in much less time than anticipated/​estimated. Watching the travertine workers lay the deck was just amazing — their attention to detail on another level of precision and real craftsmanship.
Friends who saw the before and after have universally used the word «WOW» to describe the finished job.
The cost was under my budget but has given about double back in value to the property.

Hired Watermark to install a new swimming pool and deck. Job took three times longer than promised. Brian never got out of his truck to inspect the work of his subcontractors or explain ANYTHING. Removed fill from the property creating an significant grading problem and then returned with sand and large pieces of rock to fix the problem (it did not). After about a month, large areas of the travertine deck SUNK and became uneven. Watermark was completely unresponsive so we had to hire another contractor to reinforce the deck. I would never use this company again for anything.
