I took my high end watch to them for repair and asked if they were an authorized repair center for my particular brand. They said they were. They ordered a new circuit board from the manufacturer and charged me a LOT to fix the watch. It failed a year later. I contacted the manufacturer and found out that they were not an authorized repair center and the manufacturer would not replace the circuit board. I took the watch to an authorized service center in Miami recently and they fixed the watch for half of what Josef’s charged me plus I have a warranty. Go to the manufacturer’s website and check the list of authorized service centers before taking your watch in for repair. Wish I had.
