THE WORST. I made a reservation. Called to double check and EVEN CAME THE DAY BEFORE MY PICK-​UP TO SEE THE UNIT WITH MY OWN EYES. Then, the day I arrived for my pick-​up THERE WAS NOTHING. They had rented my reserve unit to someone else and were utterly unapologetic. Also, the unit that they showed me the day before turns out was not my unit at all. All of the dimensions and I had taken to prep for my packing/​trip were completely wrong. I had a truck pulling in, prepared to drive all of my stuff to Tennessee, but had absolutely no UHaul unit to do it with despite my constant checking in with them and personal attention to detail, even coming in and speak to them face-​to-​face and seeing the actual trailer unit itself. This place completely screwed me. TOTALLY DISORGANIZED AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Avoid at all costs.
