I absolutely love this place! We have lived here for 15 months and live in a two bedroom two bath facing the ocean :) The building is clean, the management has been very consistent and accommodating as well. The assistant manager Megan Romine has been here since we have first moved here and love that she has stayed in the transition of owners :) She is one of the reasons we renewed!!!
The location is perfect!!! You are only a few miles from the airport, a few miles from the beach, and a few blocks from downtown :) There is even a cute retail area downstairs where you can grab a bite to eat, get your nails done, or your teeth cleaned. Very convenient!
There is also a gym in the building that is never overly busy and very clean :)

How can you close your office on Jan 1st, a Friday, and then when payment is received on Jan 4th, a Monday, charge $ 125 late fee? Then call and threaten that if you don’t pay it immediately they will charge you a late fee for not paying this balance. For someone who pays a lot of money to live here and has never missed a payment the complete lack of customer service is disgusting.

Even though this place is gorgeous, It’s a nightmare living here and management is horrible !!! I have called the police several times about crazy parties going on and you can hear everything through your walls. Worse decision ever !!!
