Awesome service, great food and drinks.
Must go and experience the cuban culture, owner is all about service with a big smile and makes sure you’re over pleased with the food and drinks.
Had plenty of food left over for later on, price is very reasonable and portions are hearty.
I wish she could bring this shop to the North Carolina area.

Great locally owned coffee shop located in Spykes Groves in Davie Fl.
Owner is very nice and provides great customer service and delicious coffee.
She makes all the Argentinian pastries homemade by herself, they are baked and not fried, empanadas that is.
Sweet corn cake with cheese is very good.
Great local place that is consistently great!

I wanted to like this place so bad because I love The Orange Grove. It really came down to service, the woman behind the counter was so rude and short with me, made me feel like I was an inconvenience. The sandwiches come with either fruit or this pinch of pik-​nik potato sticks, however she failed to ask me that and when I saw my sandwich which I paid $ 10 for (steep price for a mediocre BLT with thin and transparent Bacon) I was pretty bummed, I asked if there was another option and she exclaimed with an attitude that she had offered me fruit, but she did not. I asked her please to give me fruit instead and she did but not without scolding me by telling me that next time I need to say it ahead of time and if I fail to do so that she wouldn’t be able to exchange it again (WTH??? Im not a child at a high school cafeteria) anyway, the fruit was delicious tho, it was a generous amount of beautiful and fresh strawberries, basically the best part of the whole meal so Im glad I asked her to switch, also the veggies within the sandwich, lettuce, tomatoes, were beautiful and very fresh, as well as the bread, very nice thick slices of fresh bread but it was poorly put together, I also ordered croquetas and they were cold and soggy and I was afraid to ask her to warm it up, after all that disgusting attitude I received. Anyhow I ate outside with a funky mannequin lol I would totally try this place again because I am sure I only caught a bad day, but I dont ever want to see this lady again. I can get a steak sandwich somewhere else and probably for cheaper too. I will return to Orange Grove tho because of their amazing products and delicious coconuts.

Great food and service! Had a spinach empanada and steak egg and cheese on Cuban bread, both were outstanding — 5 stars. One star off because I asked for black coffee and found out on the way home it was full of sugar.

Great coffee. Huge sandwiches. Ordered a café con leche, a pan con bistec (which I think they used Philly cheesesteak beef), an iced mocha drink and a chicken Cuban sandwich. The drinks were delicious. The Cuban chicken was also very very good. I wouldn’t order the pan con bistec again. The sandwiches are huge foot long with potato stixs. For the size it’s worth the price. No indoor seating. So if it’s hot the fans may not cut it. Definitely worth a stop. We stopped on the way up north and we’re glad we did we had leftovers for the ride.

You would never think to walk in this place and get a meal. Maybe some oranges, but a great pan con bistec? Nope. This place blew me away. Best pan con bistec I’ve ever had. Also, not a big fan of chai teas or anything like that but I wanted to try one and the lady at the register recommended the chai coconut tea… Omg. So freaking delicious. My mouth exploded with happiness as I was eating my sandwich and drinking my tea.

Coconut match latte is amazing! Breakfast burritos are pretty good too ours was a little watery, prob due to the spinach/​egg whites but it was still tasty. And for the banana bread sitting there by the counter definitely take some with you.

I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed The Grove yet. In Davie, there’s not many options for places to go and grab a great cup of coffee if you feel like avoiding the usual Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts. Tucked inside Bob Roth’s New River Groves, The Grove is a really cool place to grab an excellent café con leche (they have a ton of options for drinks but this is my go to), and the breakfast sandwiches also hit the spot. The servings are huge and the service is quick and friendly. There’s also great smoothies at the juice counter but those are expensive, and a selection of local goodies! I eat outside as there’s not much space inside but be careful on windy days, you might be chasing your napkins around if you’re not careful. Grab your sandwich on Cuban bread– it’s excellent!

Breakfast was really good. The portions are big for breakfast sandwiches. The price is a little high but definately worth going to try out!

I fell in love with this coffee house! I’m so glad that I found this gem! They had so many options and I was stuck on what I wanted to order and I asked one of the workers what she recommended and she said the coconut mocha. BEST DECISION EVER. Not only do they have delicious coffee but they have outstanding sandwiches and wraps. It’s a little bit far from where I live but I definitely will be making the trip to get coffee and sandwiches at my new favorite coffee place! BTW THE EMPLOYEES ARE AMAZING! So attentive and kind. Keep up the wonderful work you guys! I can’t wait to come again!

When you find that small family owned place that makes you happy to be there you turn into a regular! Groves coffee house is a wonderful spot with great food, teas, coffee and milkshakes. It’s a mother and son team who really know all about great service. Located in new River grove farmers market I stop by this place 2 – 4 times a week.
Highly recommend their steak sandwich!

Really beat my expectation. 6:30am and its a small coffee shop on the the side of the road but the food was very good. I got the Dijon Turkey Wrap and very packed with turkey meat and grilled to perfection. I was very impressed and started my day right! $ 6.25

This place is really a great find! It is inside of a citrus seller. The coffee is fantastic! We had a regular coffee, two lattes and many of their food items. The big disappointment was that we didn’t see them preparing a steak sandwich until after we ate. I’ll tell you it was ten stories high if it was a foot. :-) Seinfeld line.
Seriously, my dad and mom were with us and we were like, «wow, that looks fantastic!» They cut in six pieces. Thats how big it is!
The two folks behind the counter were fantastic people and we wish them the best! Our next trip to the east coast will definitely include a stop here!
We also purchased two bread items. A loaf of choc chip banana bread and Mango Banana bread. When we get home we will bite into it

I can’t say anything different than any of the other reviews below. My husband and I have been slowly but surely exploring all and any good food establishments in the area. We love all and any good food. Most importantly we put emphasis on experience as well having both been in the food industry and on the management side of things were very opinionated when it comes to certain standards a food establishment should have.
That being said everybody needs that go to place. A place that for sure you can depend on when you don’t feel like cooking and/​or experimenting with something new. A place with a good atmosphere, great service, and consistent good food. We have definitely stumbled upon that place. Located in Spykes Orange Grove is The Grove Coffee House.
We tried several things like we usually do when we first visit a place; including a colita, green tea with coconut macha, chicken empanada, cheese and guava pastry, pan con bisteca, and a Greek wrap with fruit. All were very good and true for what they stood for even though they are so different in nature.
Most importantly service is great here! The mother and son duo were so attentive, so helpful, and very very kind. Hard to find that kind of humbleness in south Florida, definitely refreshing to feel the presence of great service. As well as a soothing atmosphere being exposed to the outdoor nursery and the smell of a non smoking environment!
All in all The Grove Coffee House is a place of standards, great service, and good food no matter what your purchasing. Thank you for being such a great contribution to the Davie food world!

Love love love this place! It’s perfectly hidden away in Bob’s New River Groves. Seams like a young family operated place who is always friendly. My favorite now is the chicken wrap. It is delicious! I love the little shoestring potato chips that they add. I hadn’t had those since I was a kid and it is always a treat.
I have also enjoyed the Pan Con Bistec Sandwich and the original Cuban sandwich. Both are fabulous. Just depends on your mood.
They also offer a variety of home made sweets as well as espresso. You can always grab an American coffee, cappuccino or the like.
Whether you sit outside under the covered patio or take it to go, this is a definite must. Oh, and the price is right too! Enjoy.

Love the patio!!! Perfect little area to drink your coffee or refreshing coconut water while enjoying the nice breeze and awesome trees!

I have been here more than a few times now. I mainly come for breakfast and I really enjoy their breakfast sandwiches. Unfortunately I am not a fan of scrabbled eggs and the first couple of times they were able to accommodate my request for my eggs to be over easy or fried but the last couple of times I have asked for this it wasn’t done and the most recent time the employee told me it could not be done. When I explained to her I have had my eggs fried before there she asked the cook and in Spanish they had a back and forth dialogue and then she told me the eggs on my sandwich could be fried, but alas, it was not meant to be. When I opened up my sandwich it was scrambled. I did not bother to complain and the good news is that the breakfast sandwich is so well made with fresh croissant bread, bacon and cheese melted together I hardly noticed the egg was not my preference.
I also really enjoy the coffee, the ice caramel macchiato is my fav! I also keep eyeing their muffins but I haven’t caved yet… but they look delicious and homemade!
The customer service could be a little more attentive and friendlier and I would love to be able to have a fried egg on my sandwich as before, but that aside I will continue coming back and recommend it to others. Perhaps next time I will try the steak sandwich since the reviews on that have been so positive and I don’t have to worry about the eggs :).
Another nice perk is the outside seating to eat and free wifi.

The Groves Coffee House is located inside Bob Roth’s, a convienent location (for me).
Andrea, the owner, is very cheerful and she meets your every need. She also enjoys Spanish talkers.
The food here rocks. After I tried the steak sandwich, I knew I could trust the shop, and I bought a chicken empanada. It had red peppers and black olives inside of it which gave it the moist texture it needed. Delicousness in a bite! Muchas gracias for the suggestion, Andrea!
Great Place for a small snack, or even a full meal!

La comida aquí rocas. Después probé el sándwich de carne, yo sabía que podía confiar en la tienda, y me compré una empanada de pollo. Tenía pimientos rojos y aceitunas negras en el interior de la misma que le dieron la textura húmeda que necesitaba. Deliciousness en un bocado! Muchas gracias por la sugerencia, Andrea!
