Horrible hotel with horrible management. Upon check in, I specifically informed guy at front desk that I was having a party. He said that was fine and parties Are allowed. He also gave specific parking instructions for my guest! He also said no smoking in the rooms(which I already knew) but smoking on the balcony and pool area was fine. Well an hour into my party two men, who didn’t even identify themselves, said we had to come Down and my guest, as well as myself, had to leave. They had extremely nasty attitudes and didn’t even introduce themselves Properly as good customer service would call for! My money wouldn’t be refunded as well. He accused me & my guest of smoking in the room. Before even coming to speak with me, they attempted to charge my card for $ 250 smoking fee in which my card declined. Meaning, they tried charged me before even coming to my room!!! Then they called the police for no reason! The police came and of course, didn’t smell any smoke because we weren’t smoking n the room! They made us leave and said I wouldn’t get my money back for the 2 nights. I asked to speak with management because one of their employees OK’d a party. And they told me I couldn’t but their Manager said I had to leave without a refund. I will contact the BBB and file complaints a well as leave a review on every site possible. This hotel is a scam. Don’t stay here. They will try to get you out of your money! Do yourself a favor & stay away form any hotel in the north beach villages resort chain!

No internet at all. Called 4times. Just got message saying all operators are busy and will call you back. No calls yet. Went to take a shower in the morning. All I got was lukewarm water. I had light coming through the«blinds» all night. To door to bathroom, and much much more. Would NEVER recommend this hotel. Stay away!

i am giving this hotel 1 star because there isn’t any other option. I recommended this place to family from out of the country. what a huge mistake. they checked in at 11 pm and checked out at 9:30 am the next day because they were covered from head to toe with bed bugs. After numerous emails to complain and phone calls, that were basically ignored, i finally got an email stating there was no evidence of bed bugs in that room and they REFUSED to refund my family the $ 71.00 for a one night stay. I filed a report to the FLORIDADEPTOFCONSUMERAFFAIRS and received a letter saying it was going to be investigated. You would think that a hotel would do anything to settle the manner since it was only $ 71.00 for a one night stay rather than take the route they did. I took pics of the bites on both my sister in law and niece and sent both the hotel and the Consumer Affairs Dept the pics. The hotel said they were not beg bugs and were not going to reimburse them. So, if you want to sleep tight, don’t let the BEDBUGS bite you here… the place is infested with them.

Very cute boutique hotel **** Need to know**** There is no lobby or check in here, they are managed by a company around the back from them, about 2 blocks behind, you have to check in and out there!(address in tips below) Good: nice updated rooms(Ikea furniture), reasonable –less then 100 $ per night, clean, quiet, nice pool, good shower Bad: No front desk/lobby… it you need anything, no one there, wall A/C unit loud and runs constantly
