The most disgusting customer service I have ever had. The safest part is it was given by the employe and the manager. As I handeled the issue myself in stir in the phone with customer service for 3 hours then all that had to be done by them was to be issued the correct phone, i was told 5 Min while they constantly continued to help everyone else but me so I stepped outside, _it was closing time for the store) and while they had customers in the store they locked the door and would not let me back in. As I knocked on the glass they blantintly ignores me even thou I had belongings still in the store. Finally the«manager» brought my things to the door as I asked why I was not being finished with he ignores me locked the door then stuck his tongue out at me. I am shocks. I recorded the entire thing. There was no reason for this behavior. I was extremely upset by the time I started recording. I recommend that these employees be fired! I can’t tell you how frustrated I am after several hours/multiple calls to Tmobile for a simple name/responsibility change to my service plan with them. Everyone promises to make the required changes, but no changes have been made! They have lost my business. Update: It has been almost 2 years and things have gotten considerably better. Once the name change on my account was finally completed I have had flawless service since. I am happy with my service now.

Convenient east side location. Plans at competitive price points and courteous men on staff here that will do their best to help should you encounter a technical difficulty with your gadgets. Now hosting the iphone and offering no contract service plans too.
