Stay Away, They will tell you everything you want to hear. Promise every thing you want and delivery nothing. Sprint customer for 15 plus years. I had to spend 2 hours on the phone with customer service to straighten out the mess they made of my account. They are all about sales, sales, and sales.

I came into this store because my phone had given up on life and need it help. I was unaware that this was not a corporate own store and therefore they really can’t repair/fix your phone even though it has warranty. I know this because I’ve gone to a non-corporate owned store before and they’ve turned me away saying that I must go to a corporate owned store in order to have my phone looked at. It’s a small store on a strip mall next to a café. There were 4 ppl ahead of me and two representatives helping. I waited around 20 minutes. The representative was extremely friendly and helpful he immediately got to work on my phone and was able to bring it back to life. This was by far the best customer service experience I’ve had with any Sprint store ever. He never once made it an issue that they’re not corporate own. He also gave me advise on what phone I should choose when I’m ready to upgrade. Unlike the corporate store that just wants to sell you on whatever promotion they’re having. This representative asked me questions about devices I have and what are my main interests in order to give me advice on what phone would be best for me. When I’m ready to upgrade I will definitely come here!

This is a sales only store. Do not come in expecting your phone to be fixed by a service department. And DONOT ask the girls behind the counter if it is a service center since she DOESNOT understand what you are asking. I live from experience. Whatever… I moved forward to deal with getting an upgrade on one of my plans. But… there’s more… Ask any question as many times as you like, but they will tell you what you want to hear and only verify the accuracy of their answer AFTER it is too late. I have one of those highly coveted unlimited data plans — not unlimited voice plans. Sprint doesn’t offer unlimited data plans any longer and I use A LOT of data! My question: If I upgrade the hardware, will my plan remain the same? Her answer: Yes sir. Me: Are you sure?(the service misunderstanding still fresh in my mind) Her: Yes sir. Me: Can you check? Her: Why?(Looking at me with disgust) Oh alright, let me check… oh…it says it will not be unlimited anymore. Me: Uh huh… thank you… And that was all.
