Showed up when they promised.
Worked every day, all day until the remediation job was completed.
Can’t say enough good things about them!

We had 3 – 4 rooms with what was deemed a «strange odor» by the mrs. I smelled half of them, felt other half were made up.
Living in florida, I am programmed to assume any service coming over for an estimate will result in misinformation and a large bill.
ServPro sent over Dave and he was punctual, pleasant and more importantly, honest. He took the time to listen to my wife’s complaints, investigated and then offered his diagnosis: Nothing. He said «we make money off finding things which can be fixed, but there is nothing which needs to be done here». An honest vendor in south florida? Yup.
Pleasant, sense of humor, 20 years in the business and honest. He easily could have told us to do 2 – 3 billable services but didn’t. When we have a true issue (flood/​fire/​water/​cleanup/​etc), they will be our first phone call. Refreshing.
I believe honesty is the most challenging aspect to find good vendors in south florida. Found one. Very pleased.
When we have an actual problem we will be sure to call them.
