I never went back because the African American lady that works the phones is one of the rudest medical office employees I’ve ever encountered. They should fire her!

I’ve been in Dr Richmond’s practice for more than 10 years and have recommended him to a good many friends. I’ve written restaurant reviews before but never even thought to write about a doctor til today. Dr Richmond is as caring and professional and thorough as they get. Besides my routine visits for a chronic condition, the office is great about getting me in for the occasional event that requires immediate attention. Most everyone in the office has been there for a number of years which says a lot about him and what kind of guy he is. Getting an appointment has never been a problem, he takes lots of different insurance(I’ve changed a couple times over the years and he’s been a participating physician in all of them) The office is reasonably convenient and it helps if you find the parking lot behind the building. For pulmonary or infections disease, this is your guy.

CARE is the first word in the vocabulary at their office. I have been with Dr. Richmond for almost three years. Rod at the front desk is great along with the support staff. The go out of their way to work with you and your insurance company. I feel that I am in the best of care. When you walk into the office, its a redone house as like the other doctor’s offices on the street. It’s a nice homey feeling, all that is missing is the chocolate chip cookies and milk but you do get a great smile
