Pleasures of the Sea

The seafood is fresh. Me and my sister had the 10PC Shrimp with fries and A whole yellow tail with fries.
Initially the place looks a little sketch due to the neighborhood but once inside its a quick ordeal. You order and have your food all in about 15 – 20 minutes. This is not a sit down restaurant and food is definitely made to order.
Now as for the woman who took our order… Just rude! We simply asked if the tea and lemonade were sweet. Why we had to receive a neck snap and eye roll accompanied by an «I don’t know», I’m not sure! Customer service is below par to say the least.
I politely asked for tartar sauce. Just one. Here’s what I was told verbatim «I don’t have no more, I had 10 but a lady came in earlier and wanted all of em, I told her I had other customers but she wasn’t having that». Now I may not be the smartest person in the world but wouldn’t it have been a little more appropriate to say «I’m sorry, we’re out!»
Hands down the food is good. The environment though is ummm… You know!

Fresh, Good Seafood like Granny used to make it back in the day !!! The fried shrimp and tilapia made me do my happy dance … really!
However, this is a take-​out establishment only so don’t expect to dine in and because everything is cooked to order expect a bit of a wait — in fact you can save time if you call ahead.
Lastly, it is also possible to purchase fresh seafood items, which are displayed, for cooking at home if you wish.
