Pine Crest Preparatory School

My sons attend this wonderful school where they are receiving a top notch education. The teachers are there because they love to teach and get to be creative in how they do it. The education is well rounded and includes art, science, Spanish, music, drama, Sports and more. It is a step above the rest and you will know your child will be prepared for success in college. I highly recommend Pine Crest School.

Our second year in this school and this is hands down the best school around. We could not be happier with our decision and will be sending our youngest there as well.

My son attends this school and we love it! They really prepared the students for being leaders and not followers. The reviewer that left the review who visited the PC to TAKE pictures of the school sounded like a creep and I’m glad security escorted him out and not allowing a complete stranger into the basketball game… The school employs several armed police officer and keeps the traffic and security top notch!
I’m an educator and engineer and the type of thinking and the community of families allows your children to have support for life!
Most importantly, the academic rigor is challenging and keeps my son on his toes! They have all sports, yoga, to lacrosse… Pinecrest is heaven made educational gift that no one can ever reclaim from your children.

I was in Ft. Lauderdale, FL on 1÷25÷2013 and thought that I would go see a high school basketball game in the area. The Pine Crest Panthers were playing at home that night so I went to see a game there. I NEVER got to see the game. As I am not from Florida and had never been to the school I got there early (but after the school day had ended). The campus is beautiful and so I took pictures. To my surprise (amazement really) the campus security came and threaded me with arrest and kicked me off campus saying that this was a private school and they would not allow me to attend the game. They were not willing to let me show them any identification. Not familiar with Florida laws nor wanting any trouble just to see a high school basketball game I left. Even before this happened I got the feeling that Pine Crest is a very strange school — I’ve never been to any high school where there were less students hanging around campus. I’m only giving a second star because of the architecture..

Recently voted #2 private school in the nation by the Washington Post. Very strong academically; caring environment helps students grow into independent thinkers and compassionate citizens of the world. The newly constructed high school adds much to the already spectacular campus.
