This is a place is pretty cool. Menu somewhat limited but delicious. Conch fritters, Tostones and crab cake slider were outstanding. Atmosphere was great and the service was outstanding. Our server Raphael Gago was awesome and made these Texans feel welcome. He was VERY accommodating as we moved tables twice(outside to inside and back outside). Lots of fun!

Best view in Lauderdale! Best drink menu in Lauderdale! Food’s not too shabby either. Request Raphael Gago as your waiter — you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent lunch of fish tacos on the deck overlooking the harbor. The food was outstanding and the service by Sr. Raphael Gago was absolutely top notch. He is personable, attentive, and totally on point. No need to wait or catch his eye for a refill at the right moment. Raphael sets the bar high for all restaurant servers! He’s the best I’ve seen in a long time of dining out.

I had the catch of the day, a red snapper, and it was amazing! Just the right amount of seasoning. The sangria was good too(make sure to tell them if you want it strong or not). I went during the late afternoon and the view was beautiful. Also, the waiter was sweet and cute *wink*. Definitely spot I will be going to every time I go to Fort Lauderdale.

This place is a hidden gem overlooking the yacht docks and harbor next to Pier 66 Tower. The menu is small but perfect. The food is tastey and there is a fine selection of micro brews and a list of yummy cocktails. You can dine inside or on the patio. Wait staff is friendly and hard working. We had Raphael Gago who was super cool.

Perfect view and fish tacos are amazing! The only issue is getting here… Google maps brought us to a dead end. The best thing to do is drive or get a taxi to Hyatt and walk from there. Atmosphere and the view are the best. Very nice place for dinner or drinks.

Very cool spot! Next time I visit Fort Lauderdale I’ll definitely stop by this place again. The restaurant is right on the water surrounded by all the fancy yachts. It was busy when my husband and I went. We put our names down for a table outside, but ended up just eating at the bar. We ordered some crab legs and each had the fish on special with the salad and fries. All of the food was great!

This is a great spot to take out of town guests. The veiw is breathtaking, the atmosphere very Florida and the service wonderful. Our server Raphael was charming, efficient and knowledgeable. We order the conch fritters(the dip makes this) the lobster tacos and meatballs. The food is good unfortunately not amazing but the veiw and service are.

usually we do not go places twice on a trip, because I want to try as many places as possible. The food here is phenomenal, yet reasonable, seafood with some southern /Caribbean flair. The drinks are great, on the high side for price, but worth it. The service both times was EXTREMELY friendly, caring and fun. They were great with our two year old captain. It demonstrates a culture of fun and quality, seldom found in South Florida waterfront dining.

This is the only place in the World where you can have the best salad ever and be right next to Steven Spielsberg’s «Seven Seas» Yacht. Pelican’s Landing has everything fresh and ready to eat. This is the #1 place where you want to skip the fries and pay the extra $ 2 for the salad, believe me you will not regret it. To start, I had their conch chowder soup, which could of easily been a meal all by itself, for lunch I ordered the Mahi Tacos, as did everyone else. The fish was perfectly cooked we paired it with their great local beer, Islamorada Beer Company’s Sandbar Sunday. Now to describe the salad: It had fresh leafy greens, coconut shavings, mangoes, Lychees, and grape tomatoes all with a light honey mustard dressing. We have been here before and absolutely will come back again. As for Spielberg’s Yacht… It’s freaking huge,

My friends and I went to the Pelican for our last dinner in Fort Lauderdale. The best thing we got was the garden salad — it was the most interesting dish on the menu. The meal was satiating(I got the coriander chicken and French fries) but not really super noteworthy. Go for drinks instead of a meal — and marvel at the views(we saw Steven Spielberg’s $ 184 million yacht parked next to the Pelican — and that story was worth going!).

The view here is one of the best in Fort Lauderdale; you are situated right on the bay where some of the biggest yachts in the area are. We came during the Boat Show in Fort Lauderdale, so the area was especially back with the largest yachts imaginable. Pelican Landing is a bit of a hidden gem; being that you have to go into the Hyatt parking area to actually go to the restaurant. Don’t worry though, they do validate parking. I came here on a Sunday evening with some friends. If the weather is nice outside, then this is an excellent place to go, however if the weather is bad, forget about it as the whole restaurant is pretty much outside, minus a small bar area inside. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. She constantly refilled our drinks, and checked up on us to see if we needed anything. I can’t say the food was anything special, and I can’t say the menu has a large variety to choose from. The Smoked Beef Brisket Sandwich; the brisket itself was pretty dried out. The sandwich had a lot of other stuff in it, as was decent, but that dried out brisket made everything a bit bland. The Bahamian Conch Fritters are probably the most fried thing I’ve ever had in my life. I’m not a fish person at all, but they tasted like balls of fried dough with some chewy fish in the center. I ended up paying a little more then $ 20 for this meal. Considering where you are in Fort Lauderdale, I can’t say the price is as bad as it would be elsewhere, but it isn’t a steal either. If you’re looking for a nice evening, Pelican Landing is a good place to come, but if your strictly in the mood for excellent food; unless you’re a fish person, maybe search around the area. Food(C+), Pricing(D), Atmosphere(A), Service(B+)

Pelican’s Landing has beautiful views and is very convenient to walk to if you are staying at the Hyatt Recency. We went here for cocktails and lunch after flying into Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport(FLL) and checking into the hotel. It was very windy, but overall had a good experience. Drinks were a little weak for the price paid compared to other bars in the area. We had the Spanked Mint Mojito and a club soda and vodka. The food was pretty good. The Bahamian Conch Fritters were delicious. The Grilled Pork Belly Lettuce Wraps had a wonderful kimchee kick to them! The Fish Tacos were good, had a good mix of red cabbage slaw and pickled vegetables. Overall I would give this place 3 to 3.5 stars for the wonderful views and friendly service. It’s a wonderful place to relax, take your time to soak in the views and watch the different yachts/boats that pass.

Great outdoor seating! This place is practically in the middle of the bay. Everywhere you sit you have gorgeous views of the water and yachts. It’s beautiful day or night. Such a cool spot. The buffalo wings are fresh and the sauce is delicious. The pelican burger is DELISH. Everything tasted fresh. Service is great, they servers are attentive and very friendly. I am deducting one star because their bathroom is small and SOHOT inside. I swear I thought I was going to pass out when I went in there. Boiling hot! Also my friend’s fish tacos were overcooked. But overall a great experience and would definitely come back here.
