Cold food made extra special with unfriendly staff and high prices. Oh and no refills on your expensive drink.

Ordered turkey sub with extra mayo and onions and NO pickles. Guess what? No mayo, no onions and tons of extra pickles and the awful juice is all in the sub! Pissed! The cashier looked like she did not give a rat’s ass and the sandwich maker looked only minimally invested. Took forever to get food. Would HATE to be the manager here. Nearly threw away the sub but I paid over $ 12 with drink. The place next door looks like a better bet!

The service is slow and there is not much customer appreciation. We got the chicken and lamb pita sandwich. The sandwich was decent. We asked for sauce on the side, and they forgot to put it in the bag. The lamb was a bit too greasy for my taste. The grilled chicken was a tad bit undercooked. The lettuce was wilted and was not fresh or crisp. This will not be a stop for us to eat at in the future.

Just don’t eat here. First off, this fast food restaurant was anything but fast. All of the employees very obviously don’t want to be there. It took an eternity to get to the front of the line, and another eternity to get my order out. They screwed up my order of boneless buffalo wings by giving me BBQ wings instead, and when I went back to get it fixed, they gave me back a new box without blue cheese. Neither had the celery promised on the menu. The wings were over fried, dry, and there was more batter than meat inside. Only managed to eat half before dumping the rest. Disgusting. The only saving grace for this place was the seasoned fries. They are pretty good. Still not worth the hassle.

This place is a joke! Ordered a Nathan’s hot dog and it definitely wasn’t Nathan’s…the people working in there are as slow as molasses and they don’t care. Don’t go here

If i could give no stars i would. Note to anyone– avoid avoid avoid. Outrageously overpriced and you get next to nothing for it. I complained and basically got a hand to the face by the woman at the cash register. NEVERAGAIN.

Gyro was horrible. Barely any meat and what was on it was processed lunch meat looking grossness! Totally different than what I ate in 1995(which was the last time I ate here)! Plus it took 15 min to come out. I feel sick.

This place busy and slow, if you are in a hurry don’t go here. Easily 20 – 30 min wait for your food. I don’t think this place should called fast food.

Killing time before my flight back to MN. There is a 10 minute wait to order and 20 plus minutes to get your food. I ordered a chicken pita which was good. Had a bite of my sons chicken sandwich and bun was harder. Thick fries were ok and kinda soggy. The guy gave me an extra drink. This place is busy at the Ft Lauderdale airport. Pitbull owns 10% of the company and that’s hot.

The service was pretty quick here which is nice for an airport restaurant. The food was decent. I got a Philly cheese steak, it was fresh and hot but didn’t have much flavor. Decent place, not much else to say.

My meal here was better than I thought it would be by the looks of the place. I ordered the Greek salad. The salads are the only healthier option on the menu so I opted for that. The Greek salad is overpriced at $ 6.89 for a small-ish bowl of iceberg lettuce with a sliced egg, black olives, tomato wedges, and some feta cheese. It came with 3 small triangles of pita bread as well. Other than a pizza place and a bagel place, it was the only option in terminal 2, so I had no choice. I probably won’t ever be back to this exact location, but if I ever am, I’ll try to eat somewhere else before going into terminal 2!

Ridiculously slow service. I can’t attest to the quality of the food because I’ve been waiting over half an hour for 2 sandwiches. If you don’t have A LOT of time to kill before your flight, skip this place!

Great food at a reasonable price. Finding a great bargain at an airport is like finding a needle in a haystack. I fly through Ft Lauderdale airport a lot and make it a goal to stop in. I highly recommend The Classic Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. Awesome…

Absolutely horrible customer service. We ordered for delivery and the service manager, Robert, told us 45 min. An hour later, no delivery. When we complain, he jumped down our throats on the phone like we were the ones with the problem! We asked for a refund on our Visa/Debit and he hung up the phone when we asked for a confirmation of the refund. Time to call Visa. Very shady. Buyers beware.

There was a time when I consider Mcdonald’s a better options. The breakfast pita at Miami Subs Grill was darn horrible. If you like something soggy, salty, and entirely drenched in oil, this is your spot.

Agree with Tom T’s review and as such, will review this Miami Subs/Nathan’s two-in-one on three principles. Food: Never had Miami Subs before so not sure if it matches the brand. Food was hot, but taste was so-so. We had a chicken sandwich($ 4.95), a chicken pita combo($ 7.59), and a burger($ 4.50). Location: it is in the terminal past security and there are only a few other choices(sushi stand, donut stand, a glorified Sbarro called La Cucina something, and a place called Casa de Fresco which had pre-made sandwiches and a couple of pre-cooked hot items.) For someone who has eaten in a bunch of airports, this might be the slimmest pickings I’ve ever seen. Heck, I’d be happy with a Chili’s… Service: To me, this is the most important component. Not really service, but does the food come out fast. That is the reason they call it fast food after all. Line moved at an okay speed as there were two cashiers. People in front of us received their food fairly quickly(important side note: they ordered hot dogs which are waiting pre-made on the stand where the«kitchen» passes food to the cashiers/tray assemblers.) From the time we ordered(i.e. not counting the time we were already waiting in line), it took 14 – 15 minutes to get our food. We nearly missed our flight. Thanks to Sandy(manager?) for expediting our food after she overheard us talking amongst ourselves that we might have to leave without getting our food. We were the last ones on the plane, bag in hand. ½ an extra star for accepting Discover brings this disaster to a 2 star review.

So, when you review a fast food joint, you kinda have to stick to three guiding principles… Food: Does it match the corporate brand? Does it taste like a freakin Miami Subs menu? Answer: Yes. My breakfast sandwich on a kaiser roll is perfectly Miami Subs sucky. No biggie, that’s what you expect. Location/Hours: Is it in a great location and is it open when you want it to be? Answer: Yes. I got breakfast at 6am today. And It’s really the only thing halfway decent at Delta D gates in FLL Service: Normally service doesn’t matter too much, but at a fast food joint it has to be nice, yet forgettable. Speedy yet attentive. Order and food in under a few minutes. Was it? Answer: Yes. Usually there’s some tough service @ FLL, especially in the morning. I ordered from a Starbucks(yuck) one time, and I swear the chick taking my order was on suicide watch, she HATED her life and made my 41 second interaction with her AWFUL. The service here @ this Miami Subs was perfect, very nice at the register, looked me in the eye, smiled, etc. Overall, I’m a fan. And thats saying a lot about a Miami Subs. But you’re just gonna go here anyway, regardless of reviews right?

Chicken Tender Meal. With Pepsi, Fries and Honey Mustard Sauce. This was pretty good everything tasted decent and was pretty good for airport food. The honey mustard was a bit weird though, it was this strange neon curry yellow. It tasted alright, but the color totally weirded me out. The cashier was pretty friendly for a fast food airport employee, I was pleasantly surprised.
