Coming here is always a pleasure because I’ve been going to Edwin for years, not only does he give this place a good reputation, he kinda has a great personality that makes the time here even more enjoyable.
Many salons lack that special touch but I believe he is the one making the salon run smoothly. I won’t let anyone touch my hair, only Edwin. I am not bragging, just telling the truth. Many people have messed my hair up in the past, and I am so thankful I found a stylist and and cosmetologist like Edwin.
My advice to the company is to keep him and compensate him well because he is doing a great job, not only with the work he does but also with customer service. Keep up the fantastic work.

Go in and see Edwin the manager! He is simply the best. I’ve been going to only him for years now and I can honestly say that my hair has never looked better.

When they were located near Forever XXI, the staff here was great! They were attentive, took their time with you. However, I went today, my first visit since their move, and there was a completely different staff. I was greeted, signed my name, waited. One of the stylists she finished with her customer, she spent about ten minutes on the phone, someone came in, they had a conversation, she went to the back. Someone else walked in, the whole time I kept trying to make eye contact with her, she wouldn’t even look at me. I was sitting right in front of the front desk in the chair to the right of the door. She took the person that came in. I waited, as she finished, someone else came in, asked if they could get a hair cut, again I tried making eye contact to no avail. She took them in. Of course, at this point, I stood up and said I’d been waiting for for a bit. She yelled from her station that she «did not cut long hair, that I had to continue to wait.» Well. I smiled. I turned to my friend whom was getting a hair cut, I told her I was going to go look for another salon, at that point a red head stylist told me there was no other inside the mall. I looked at my friend, told my friend there was a SuperCuts 3 miles away. I am never going back to this place again. These people have a serious attitude problem, they don’t know about customer servicing. If the women would have at least smiled at me while I was waiting, or said someone will be with you soon, but she definitely avoided making eye contact and answered back in a terrible mood. I am certainly going to be e-​mailing their district manager, and anyone that will listen to me because these women should not be dealing with customers. If I were you I’d stay away from this place, any other place would be less crowded and at the very least have some decency towards their customers.

The service here was amazing! My stylist Deena is one of the best there. She is a cool chick that delivers what you asked for. The price of their services are very reasonable and everyone there is always very kind!
