Called 4 companies and this was the only one that was able to show up the same day. He explained the entire process and I knew the upfront cost. As he was cleaning up, the freezer was getting colder. Then 1 hour later, the freezer was getting warmer and I immediately called him. He told me to wait 2 more hours as the freezer needed to stabilized. I checked 1 hour later and it was getting colder again. Guess what, within 1 hour and 30 minutes, he called me to find out what is the current status. Checked again and told him, it is getting colder. I would recommend this company to anyone. The cost was reasonable; companies need to charge to stay open. I put a 4 because if I would put a 5, no one would read this. Once again, I highly recommend this company.

Great repair service. They fixed my refrigerator the same day I called. I needed a new part in my refrigerator, but that including the cost of labor was pretty reasonable altogether. I would definitely recommend this company to any of my friends or family if they had to get an appliance fixed, too.
