If I could give them zero stars I would, we brought in an commercial oven to sell and signed a contract five years ago and have been trying to get it back ever since. After months of no communication we Showed up there numerous times only to be told there was no one to speak to and given a phone number. have called numerous times with no call back. Have emailed numerous times and courtesy copied every Single email address in the entire company and not one of them ever responded. In my opinion this is theft. Never received money for my oven nor can get it back. Everyone needs to be aware of this scam. I have all my emails and paperwork showing the history of the lack of incompetence and deceitful Business practice. If I receive my oven back or finally get my money I will repost but please stay away from this business

Good equipment at a substantial savings Was referred by a friend in the business who has been doing business with them for twenty years and won’t go anywhere else. If you need good quality atreasonable prices this is the place to shop.

This place is so OVERPRICED its comical. Do your research before buying ANYTHING from them and you will save LOTS of money! STAY AWAY. It is amazing they are still in business! I would guarantee its from taking advantage of people who just do not know any better.

I bought a expresso coffee machine 2 month ago and I spent over $ 1000 to fix it.
I had to change both head gasket they where leaking and all the electronic was also defect. Mark and Lou the father said there is nothing we can do. I will not recommend this store to buy restaurant equipment.

If you are looking for a real auctioning which to buy used restaurant equipment… This is not the place to be. The are basically selling retail in the most awkward way possible. Not to mention that the auctioneer raises the bids on small goods on his own… For example… «25 25 who is going to give me 50?.. 25 25 (then you raise your hand) «75… 75 who is going to give me a dollar?» I have never seen a more confused crowd at an auction. And if you ask the smarmy auctioneer what happened to fifty he just makes a smart ass remark…
