I absolutely recommend Kevin Darby as a realtor. Kevin has helped my family purchase a new home in the Lake Worth area. Being a Veteran and having a foreclosure in 2012 Kevin helped us find a home we could afford and guided us through every aspect of the home buying process. Kevin is a great listener and he is prompt in returning phone calls and answering questions. Because of Kevin’s professionalism and thorough knowledge of the South Florida market he was able to negotiate a contract on our new home with no money down and at the current appraisal value of the home.

Kevin is a professional’s professional. He is knowledgeable about real estate values in the South Florida area and he treats his clients with respect. Kevin Darby was always available to assist us in seeing listed properties whether it was a week day or week end and he sometimes traveled 20 – 30 miles or more from his home or office to show us a listing.
On one occasion he advised us to be cautious of a condo we fell love with until he could do a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) on the property. That CMA showed the property to be overpriced by nearly $ 28,000, and the seller was not willing to negotiate.
Kevin even helped us through an Internet bid sale, which we lost out on, but which helped us find the community and town-home of our dreams. He also recommended a mortgage company that helped us solve a credit problem.
