Horrible customer service. Happened to be in that particular area and wanted to give them a try regardless of the reviews. Put my info as I was a first time customer. 2 pants were $ 6.75 or $ 6.95(can’t remember), okay no problem. It was 3:30 and needed pants soon, he said if Monday was okay(today is Wednesday). I said no but needed them by end of day tomorrow. He then said it would be 10% more. I was going to say something about giving them a try and why it’s considered rush and 5 days are too long but he was quick to say, okay thanks, bye. No professionalism and I really wonder how they stay in business. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere.

HORRIBLE — STAYAWAY!!! I brought my tuxedo to Jade Cleaners and they gave it back to me damaged. It was all bubbled across the chest. Several other cleaners told me that they pressed it with too high of heat and detroyed the fabric linning, destroying the fabric. I found out about all of this when I took it out of the cleaning bag the day of a big event. I went back to the cleaner. Some employee siting outside stopped her texting and vaping for a few moments to tell me there was nothing she could do. She said she would not turn the machines back on to try and re-press it. And, she said she would have the owner call me. That was two days ago. The owner has not called. Taking him to small clains court now. I will update when I go to court. In the meantime, STAYAWAY!

I was a manager of Men’s Wearhouse and had to wear a suit everyday. Jade Ocean has always taken care of my suits and dress shirts to perfection. The company will come and pickup and drop off as a provided service. I am now dropping off more casual clothes(polo’s and khakis) with the same great quality. I highly recommend this dry cleaner to my friends!

We went there for years and everyone was very nice to us until they were so completely rude. They ruined a brand new shirt and refused to do anything about it. And then the once very sweet woman I used to chat with turned on me like a viper when I mentioned that we had credit due to the ruined shirt(a deal my husband had worked out with her son). I was very disappointed because they are a family owned business that I was happy to give business to. But who wants to deal with unscrupulous people? There are plenty of dry cleaners who are honest AND nice. Shameful behavior.

They ruined a beautiful $ 130 royal blue blouse and told me those were the stains I brought it in with. This was completely untrue. Whatever they used to treat the stains removed the color. Don’t bring your clothes to them.

I brought in a bag full of clothes to be either laudered or dry cleaned. This was my first time here. When I picked up my clothes and brought them home, the«bundle» that had all of my work skirts had a foul odor to them. I thought to myself, «Well, I suppose it isn’t overpowering», trying to convince myself it wasn’t a big deal because I didn’t feel like going back. The next day when I opened my closet, the odor smacked me in the face. It was a foul, pungent, mildew-y odor. It was only the bundle of clothes that had my work skirts though. I brought them back, and when I said that they smelled, the woman took them without question, and gave me a slip to pick them up in two days. It was like this has happened before. When I picked them up, I(stupidly) didn’t smell them before getting them home. Once home, I did smell them, and could tell the odor still lingered. No, not overpowering, but there was still a hint of that foul odor. I will NEVER go back to Jade Ocean Cleaners. Also — as I don’t very often write reviews on Unilocal, what prompted me is the fact that I am sitting at work, wearing one of my skirts, and every so often I catch a whiff of the odor. It’s like the Seinfeld episode when the valet’s body odor sticks to Jerry’s car, and anyone who rides in it, then smells like it. Disgusting.

I have always had a good experience, family owned, they do sky dressed for like a 1⁄3 of other places and don’t mess them up. Plus quick on timing and don’t send things out

I’ve been coming here consistently since last August, and they do a wonderful job! When I come in the staff is friendly, and always helps me sort through the many shirts and pants I bring in every ten days or so. Even if I think an item needs to be dry cleaned, they will point out that laundering and pressing or hand washing the item would be fine — saving me a lot of $. The pick up and delivery service is very convenient for me. A huge impression was made yesterday when I stopped in with a bag of clothes and one of the buttons on a shirt I had on had popped off. They went so far as to quickly get a matching button and expertly sew it on to my shirt while I was still wearing it! I was very impressed and will remain a loyal customer!

I used to be a customer of Jade Ocean. No more. While they are a very competent dry cleaner, I was very unhappy with customer service. Particularly when I once dropped off a pair of linen pants I needed for a wedding. I was never told that the dry cleaner would be closed for the entire next week, so when I went to pick up my pants, you could imagine my surprise when they were closed for vacation. I called and left messages. I called other Jade Ocean locations and left messages… nothing. No response. I ended up having to purchase another pair of linen pants, which are not cheap. When Jade Ocean was finally open, I went in to pick up my clothes and explain to them I was never informed that they would be closed for an entire week and was hoping for some minimal discount on my bill or a simple apology. Instead, the owner or manager told me that they had told everybody they’d be closed and pointed to a sign on their door, amongst a myriad of other signage that read in non attention grabbing font that they’d be closed. I assured him I was not told, because I knew I needed the pants. Once again he told me I was informed, which I was not. I would have remembered someone telling me they’d be closed. This place obviously never heard the old adage the customer is always right. Therefore, this customer has brought his business elsewhere.
