Almost a year since I purchased from Living Social a promo for a handyman from this company. 14 calls later and 2 appointments with no show, They now state that they are not servicing Broward or Dade Counties. I called Living Social and obtained a credit.

After winning in court, It still took over a month to get my money from them. They actually had the nerve to hand a check to the clerk in the courthouse for part of the money that was no good. The check bounced! And only after the court representative called them did I finally get paid. These people can not be trusted at all!

This company has NO integrity. I have been patient with having to be rescheduled after they no showed in December saying the cleaners car broken down. No one called to tell me they weren’t coming I had to call them. So here I am months later with a scheduled appointment and they once again no show and no call back. This clearly is a fraudulent company and have stolen my money that I prepaid. Do not use this company.

Not only are they effective and fast Integrity Pro does an honest to good job. I called in on Monday for a quote, they were able to get someone to my apartment right away; I got my estimate and literally within the next two days, the job was done. I was skeptical because I never used a cleaning company before but I was truly satisfied. I will be using them again very soon!

Had an appt for monday that was scheduled a week prior and they confirmed on Friday for Monday morning.
They didnt show up on monday morning, so when I called (they use answering service) they said vehicle broke down. So we rescheduled for afternoon and said couldnt find the address (hello gps!) So he promised he will be at my home tommorrow morning at 9 am. Well its 9:30 and I received a text that had an appt he didnt realize and would make it in the afternoon. Thanks but no thanks
