I had termites and called 4 companies. The only competent one was Hulett. The others couldn’t even write their estimates properly. We had the work done and everything went great. The day of the fumigation to our home was very windy. Down the street Terminex had a tent on another house as we did with Hulett. Terminex’s tent blew off during the night and ours was just fine. This termite thing is a real hassle choose wisely.

Easy, affordable and service-​oriented. We had an ant problem and I decided to call Hulett. The woman I spoke to on the phone was cheerful and eager to help. The next day we had Ed Birnbaum, our consultant, check out the house and quickly diagnose the problem. The day after the house was sprayed and we were good to go! Ed was super friendly and made the whole experience easy.
A few of the ants did come back after a few weeks, but Hulett does free follow up calls as a part of the monthly package. Ed came back and we haven’t seen an ant since. Great service and some bang for your buck. I would recommend Hulett to anyone.

Terribly disappointed. I’ve had Hulett as my pest control company for 2 years and really no complaints other than it being an expensive service at $ 400+ per year. My house unfortunately is wood framed so this year I got termites and since I had Hulett as my pest company I gave them a shot exterminate them. So I tried the spot treatment, with a money back guarantee I figured why not try and avoid having to bag all my food and drugs, kennel my pets and stay in a hotel for 4 days. The first spot treatment visit the tech drilled a hole through my roof through the shingles and said nothing, I found it later first repaired it and then called the company to just let them know and to tell the tech to be more careful. The termites didn’t go away over the 4 – 6 weeks so Hulett sent back the same tech, and I watch him this time but frankly he said unless he finds the termites there’s nothing he can do, another month goes by still more termites a third visit and this time the tech looks around for a few minutes and says «you should call the office» I do and the suggestion is tent the house for a reduce rate. No mention of any money back guarantee, but I understand business and as long as the house get treated and the termites exterminated I’m ok even though I’m clearly due a refund not another charge. So another month goes by and the tenting is scheduled for August 14, I communicate with their office even visit to get more bags (all food and drugs must be double bagged and taped) I kennel my two animals August 13, I get the house ready but still haven’t heard from the «fumigation team» I call once and the office says «oh they’ll call between 4 & 6pm… Okay so 4:30 comes around no call, so I call the office again «friendly» just checking and was told «oh they call between 5 and 6pm… OK so I wait… finally they call at 5:57pm and tell my my tenting is scheduled for August 14 at 8pm… What? I’ve kennel animals I’ve had to make hotel reservations and I have to meet the crew at 8pm to let them tent my house while its getting dark? I don’t live in the hinterlands of Broward County I live in Fort Lauderdale so why 8pm and who would think that’s OK? I can’t imagine their workers comp insurance company knows they’re tenting houses to be filled with deadly poison gas in the dark? Just from a liability standpoint its insane. I am very very disappointed with this company. No refunds as per their advertisements for failed service and bad service from the fumigation team
