Havertys Furniture

The worst furniture store I have ever come across!
Zero customer service after the sale. They agreed to a shipping day and time; then changed the time, then when I called to verify the new time they told me not all the furniture could be delivered. They could not give a reason.
I waited at home for two hours for their new delivery time. They never showed up! I told them they could deliver the following morning; they didn’t make that appointment either!
I contacted the store manager; a «Rose» who was completely useless. Wanted to argue with me rather than get involved to try to help me get my furniture.
That woman needs to be replaced! Finally grudgingly said she would try to have my furniture delivered in ten days (!!!), and that she didn’t have control over the delivery schedule.
What a stupid person! I finally gave up and cancelled my entire order with Havertys. Management needs to quickly replace that idiot and fix their delivery processes or they will end up closing just like Carl’s furniture in that same location before them.
I will never shop Havertys again! Don’t expect your furniture to be delivered on time nor believe anything they say.
