This is literally a hole in the wall, authentic venezuelan fast food, dishes and desserts. I love the tequeños, cachapas, and empanadas. There isnt much seating space, because its mostly take-out but definitely worth the trip.

I can’t describe the quality, it’s the best of our land, I recommend the cachapas. Everything is made with love, the taste is real and can move you to your land in a bite.

I work nearby and I found this little Venezuelan gem. The delivery lady is super nice and very prompt. I love the cachapas, their lunch specials, coffee, juices. I also order a lot of the tequeños for the office, great pick me up around 3 pm after a long day at the office. Their arepas are so big and filling, I requested for it to be grilled instead of fried and they complied, so nice of them. There’s nothing bad on the menu or their prices.

Stumbled on this place on accident and am happy I did. The people there were really friendly and helpful. I had a Cuban sandwich with a bowl of their chicken soup. Everything was really good. Highly recommend the Cuban sandwich with the garlic sauce that’s on the table. If I ever come back to Fort Lauderdale, I’ll definitely come back to this place.

This place has homecooked taste and quality. I stumbled upon them while driving and have been a repeat customer since. Prices are priced right and it makes me realize why I love hole in the wall places.

Tiny place on the corner of the 7-eleven strip plaza They make the best empanadas I’ve ever had(beef, chicken, or cheese). Tequenos are delicious and croquetas are good too! Today I opted for the ropa vieja(shredded beef) and loved it. They also do deliveries with larger orders if you’re in the area. Last but might be the most important to me is the SAUCE! They have a green, garlic sauce that is out of this world! I could probably drink it! Ok, maybe not but it’s amazing. Can’t get enough of it.

Venezuelan Place with the best empanadas in Broward… They DO accept Credit Cards. Tequeños and Empanadas my favorite for Breakfast. I would love if they could offer OJ of any kind. Even a Tropicana would be good enough.

Another first! I checked out Grano de Mostaza today for lunch. They have a sign outside that advertises empanadas, right next to 7 – 11, south east of FXE airport. So Bonito, the Spice Boy, and I decided to check it out. Inside they have an assortment of empanadas and cooked lunch specials. The specials are in warming trays behind the counter so you can see what your getting into or ask for extra broth like I did. I was going to get empanadas because they looked so good, not all wrinkled and crunchy like most places serve. Anyhow Bonito ordered the chicken lunch with yellow rice and some lentil soup stuff on the rice. It looked so good with those two big pieces of chicken, peppers and onion. I got that, it was $ 5 and I was stuffed when we left. Bonito did the translating, I’m not sure if the lady serving us was down with English or not. Another guy working there was fluent in English. The food was super tasty, cheap, and fast. Take out or eat in, delivery. Only one table and bar-type seating at the front window for about six. I’m going back for empanadas soon and to check out the colada coffee. They’re open at 6:30AM till 4:00 MthruF and Sat 8to3. Amendment: Had three of the empanadas today and they were really good. Amendment II: Café con Leche is a thumbs up. Amendment III: If you don’t speak Spanish, no problem.
