FAB2GO – The FAB Concierge, Inc

I started researching airport limos nearly a year in advance of our Christmas Day arrival and decided to hire Fab2Go. It was our 50^th Anniversary celebration with 12 family members ages 6 to 72. Fab2Go transported us from the Miami Airport to our Miami Beach hotel on Christmas, picked us up two days later at the hotel and drove us to the Port of Miami for our Disney Cruise embarkation, and then transported us from the Port back to the Airport — all without a hitch. The vans/​buses were beautiful and clean — couldn’t ask for anything more.

Mike was so unbelievably pleasant — fun actually — that my entire experience with him and his company was the best.
To put this in context, I’m not a Unilocal reviewer, this Is probably my second one ever. Further, I didn’t end up using the shuttle due to unforeseen circumstances, but I called Mike right away and he was totally understanding.
But, even though I didn’t even use the shuttle, I would STILL recommend him. He explained everything so well and was so helpful that in the short time I was done ordering my shuttle I felt like I’d made a friend in the industry, and a company that I will most definitely remember and immediately recommend.

The owner Mike made my husband’s 40^th Birthday Surprise ride to the airport an epic one! Thank YOU for all of your support in making this special event run smoothly. I’ll admit I was skeptical at first to book with Fab2go when I read all of the positive reviews. It worried me a bit that there was not one negative review.
Nowadays every business has positive and negative reviews. But now I understand completely why Fab2go will continue to have a 5 star rating on Unilocal.
The shuttle from Fab2go was supposed to pick me up at 3:45p but arrived 5 minutes earlier than expected. Thats definitely something that all transportation companies should exemplify.
I was fortune enough to have the owner Mike as my driver to the airport. Mike was friendly from the beginning and even offered to walk me to the car with an umbrella when it was raining.
He asked me if I had any preference in regards to which radio station I would like to listen during the car ride and even offered a cold bottle of water. The ride to the airport wasn’t awkward at all because Mike tried to engage in conversation. You could it was genuine and not forced.
I highly recommend Fab2go for your transportation to the airport. This company not only recognizes the importance of customer service but they are reliable and professional. Thanks Mike!

The service provided by FAB2GO was true to the reviews. We had a party of 6 adults (with luggage) arriving from two different locations within 30 mins of one another and I booked a reservation with FAB2GO many weeks in advance for transportation to a nearby resort for an overnight stay, and then transportation from the resort to Port Everglades where we were boarding a cruise ship. Communication from FAB2GO prior to our travel day was quick and comprehensive; questions were answered politely and efficiently. The driver (Mike) was texting me even as we landed in Fort Lauderdale.
Unfortunately, right as we landed in FLL, both of our planes (along with a dozen or so others) were held up on the tarmac due to multiple and ongoing lightening strikes in the vicinity and a thunderstorm we could hear inside the plane. All airport ground crew was called inside and several planes ended up sitting on the tarmac well over an hour, maybe longer. During the wait our pilot was not really keeping us informed and after a good 45 minutes we still had no idea how long we’d be sitting there and judging from the weather outside, no indication that we were moving any time soon. As a frequent traveler, I’ve sat in similar situations for upwards of 3 hours before we were allowed to deplane. FAB2GO has a $ 25/​per 30 minutes surcharge for extended wait times so I regretfully told Mike to cancel and that we’d take our chances with a taxi. (I still can’t believe we were able to cram 6 adults and all that luggage into one of those mini-​van taxis — not comfortable!)
Still, we kept our pickup the next day with FAB2GO from the resort and Mike arrived on time with ice cold bottled water and a cheerful demeanor. After loading us all up, we took off for Port Everglades and Mike alerted us when to look for our ship as we crossed the bridge (seeing as our ship was the RCCL Oasis of the Seas, the ‘mega-​ship’ was hard to miss.) Mike carried on pleasant conversation along the way, offering a few tips and anecdotes.
FAB2GO’s shuttle was roomy and very clean and if we find ourselves in the Fort Lauderdale/​Miami area again and need transportation for business or pleasure, FAB2GO will definitely be who we call.

I booked with FAB2GO them after reading all of the excellent online reviews. We needed airport transportation for 6 people but picked up a total of 23 people for the trip to the Port of Miami. I was still skeptical and overloaded Michael with too many emails to try to ensure everything went according to plan. Mike responded quickly and professionally to all of my questions.
FAB2GO provided outstanding service that wasn’t just transportation to the vacation but was an integral and exciting part of the journey. He even stopped at Starbucks on the way back to the airport. I have used concierge services all over the country and Michael and FAB2GO are as good as it gets.
I highly recommend Mike and FAB2GO and will use them the next time we are in Miami.

My wife and I were taking our 3 kids on a surprise Disney Cruise. Our flight was landing in Ft. Lauderdale, with the cruise departing out of Miami the following day. Our return trip involved having to make it back from Miami to Ft. Lauderdale, with an overnight stay, and a super-​early trip to the airport for our flight home.
After researching about two dozen car services, taxis, and rental services, we opted to make our reservation with Fab2Go.
This was hands-​down one of the BEST travel decisions we have ever made!
From the start, Fab2Go was courteous and professional. We were contacted immediately to confirm our reservation dates, times and locations. A few weeks later we had to make a slight change to our reservation, and Fab2Go accommodated us graciously even though the mix-​up was our error.
Upon arriving in Ft. Lauderdale, we had a text from our driver, Michael, explaining exactly where he would be for pick-​up. It could not have been easier. Once we had our luggage and made our way out to the pick-​up area, Michael pulled up in a very clean, well-​detailed Mercedes van. It was hot and humid outside, but Michael had cool towels and cold water at the ready, and the AC was comfortable in the van. It was great.
The next morning, when heading to Miami, Michael took a slightly different route to help maintain the surprise for our kids. We really appreciated this nice touch, because it let us capture video of their reactions as the Port of Miami came into view and all the cruise ships filled the horizon. It started our vacation off on a great note and helped create a precious memory.
All-​in-​all, Fab2Go was excellent. Michael was ALWAYS on time, helpful, courteous, and great with the kids. The vehicle was impeccably clean, comfortable and relaxing. And for the budget-​conscious, Fab2Go’s rates for concierge car service were not only competitive with other car services, but Fab2Go had better reviews, and it was actually cheaper for us than renting a vehicle for 5 people.
Our family highly recommends Fab2Go. If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely use their services again!

Excellent service. Consistently stayed in touch on day of departure and return. No waiting at the airport when we came back. What a treat! We will always use this service.

Mike was great. Very easy service, plenty of direction and clarity on the pick up. Arrived on time, had cold hand towels and water for us.
Provided a car seat for my little one and provided commentary palming the way.
He had good recommendations and dropped us off as planned.
Definitely will be my first choice when I come to town.

Recently returned from a Christmas holiday cruise where we used FAB2GO for transfers from Fort Everglades Port to South Beach and back to Fort Lauderdale airport. Mike was a great help coordinating all our pick ups & drop offs as well as making recommendations of where to go & what to see. The service was efficient, on-​time and the vehicle’s comfort was an added bonus given all of our travels. Will definitely use FAB2GO next time we’re in Florida. Why don’t you come to Vancouver … we could use a service like yours here!

Now that reality has set in and I’ve come to the realization that our vacation is over, I can finally write this much deserved review. I first connected with Fab2Go in 2013 for a car service to take a group of us to the Miami cruise terminal. I talked to Mike and he organized all of our transfers. We had the plans set and we were ready to go. Sadly, I had to cancel the reservation due to the size of our group. Based on the fantastic customer service I received, I knew that I would definitely use this company for any future travel. That’s exactly what I did, as soon as our vacation was planned for this year I contacted Mike once again to set up our transfers. What I appreciated the most was his open line of communication, professionalism and his suggestions for our demanding itinerary.
The experience:
On the day of arrival, we (a group of 8) were picked up from the Fort Lauderdale airport. Mike had cold towels and bottled water waiting for us. My family loved it. Mike then took us to Total wine and allowed us to get some shopping done. After that adventure, he dropped us off at our hotel in Doral. The entire car ride was entertaining. Mike is hilarious. We loved him. The following day Mike picked us back up and took us to the Miami cruise terminal. He constantly kept us in the loop about his whereabouts and what we should expect.
At the end of our cruise, we had the pleasure of being picked up by Dave. He was awesome too! He took us to the airport so that we could check in our luggage and then he took us to the Beach area to relax before our flight. (Thanks Mike for that suggestion). At the end of our beach excursion we were picked up by Mike and dropped off at the airport.
We were so grateful for Fab2go. I will only use this company for my future travel needs. They are a one of a kind company and make their customers feel like family. Thank you so much for everything. We can’t wait to hire your company again.

Once again, FAB2GO delivered on time, courteous and just awesome service. I booked with them for a pick up and return at FLL to Miami. Since I used them before, as soon as we landed, I turned my phone on and waited for my text to come through. It was so nice to have that feeling of trust with a company and know that their service will be delivered promptly and efficiently. Malcolm was my driver and I just have to say-​Malcolm, you’re awesome and truly made my arrival and return home all a part of my overall vacation experience.
The MB van was clean, AC was cold, water bottles were ice cold and towel was ice cold-​all refreshing and great touches after being on a musky plane. Return trip was just the same and it was nice to see Malcolm waiting for me 10 minutes earlier than our scheduled time, as I walked outside my hotel.
Sure, you can schedule or reserve any private car for pick up and return but you won’t get that level of personalized service. FAB2GO felt like my friends were picking me up from the airport and taking me back. It was stress-​free, relaxing, and comfortable. And that’s why I am a repeat customer and will continue to be, as long as I travel to south Florida!

Mike went above and our beyond our expectations. As soon as my family and arrived in FLL (a large party of 11 people), I received a picture text telling us where exactly to meet him. He met us on time and greeted us with cold water bottles and cold washcloths to take of the weariness of a red eye flight!
Since we were really early before embarking on our cruise ship, we asked if we could swing by a place to eat and grab coffee. He was most gracious in accommodating our last minute request.
When Mike dropped us off at the cruise terminal, he told us where to meet him in a week’s time and what time to anticipate his pick up. And again, when we disembarked the cruise ship, Mike called to make sure we had gotten off on time and where to meet him.
We plan to visit Ft. Lauderdale for the same cruise in the very near future. And when we finalize our plans, I plan to call Mike!

Mike is awesome! Picked us up on time with a beautifully clean vehicle for our trip to the Miami airport. He was personable and efficient. A great way to start our vacation!
Unfortunately I don’t need his services on my return as I’m flying home. I would definitely use him again!

We arrived in Ft Lauderdale early in the morning on Saturday Feb 22. I checked my phone and noticed I had a text message. It was from Mike welcoming us to Ft Lauderdale and that he would be picking us up at 10 am. Mike kept me informed the whole time of his location and that he would be arriving shortly to pick us up. I really enjoyed his MBZ van. It was very clean and had lots of leg room. Mike even gave us bottled waters when we boarded.
On the return trip back to Ft Lauderdale Intl. Mike did an excellent job also and gave us a few more bottled waters to take for our long trip home.
I would like to end by personally THANKING Mike. Mike you are the best and I and my mother really enjoyed our ride to Port Everglades. We THANK YOU for your kindness and professionalism. I wish that the folks who work at Port Everglades had a role model like you to teach them kindness and professionalism.

I have travelled to Boca Raton via Fort Lauderdale Airport for many years and have used different driver services that have left me unimpressed. I turned to Unilocal and to my surprise I spotted FAB2GO. When I researched the reviews and their web site I instantly knew that FAB2GO understands customer service.
Without a doubt, FAB2GO is the «best of the best».
Upon landing I received a text message with directions of how to meet the driver. When I called, Michael answered his cell in one ring and addressed me by first name (personal touch 1), then upon loading our family Michael offered each person a wonderfully cold towel to refresh ourselves (personal touch 2), then came the ice cold water bottle (personal touch 3). Every aspect of our trip from FLL to Boca was wonderful. FAB2GO’s Mercedes Benz vans are unbelievably comfortable, complete with leather seating and really high ceilings with very pleasant blue lit ceilings.
Upon arriving at our destination we made arrangements for our return trip to FLL and a repeat of our great experience. So, if you are traveling with a family of four or a larger group of say 7 or 12 or 15 then FAB2GO is your GO2 service in the FLL and surrounding area.

Greeted with a smile and cold towel upon arrival, these guys are wonderful. I would highly recommend them for whatever your transportation needs might be.

Outstanding service! For my recent trip to Florida I wanted to utilize a car service company and was frustrated that I could not find a reputable one — that all changed when I spotted FAB2GO on Unilocal.
I received excellent, personalized service for my pick-​up and drop-​off to and from FLL, and was quite impressed with the ultra clean (spotless!) Mercedes van I was transported in. Both drivers (of course, their names escape me now! — one was an owner) were extremely professional and we chatted during the 30-​minute trip.
Cleanliness, reliability, professional service are key to me, and FAB2GO is more than five stars. They are my go to transportation service in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area.

Fab2Go was fantastic! They provided airport transportation for us when we visited Fort Lauderdale. They were professional, friendly, and punctual. I truly appreciated the cool washcloths and bottled water that they provided. Also, Michael had us laughing all the way to our hotel. My only regret is that Michael was already booked to take another party to the concert we were attending while in town.
