Extra Space Storage

I used this storage place a little while back but never did a review on it. The facility is nice and clean and I safely stored my things in there for about 4 or 5 months.
The down side is as follows while you tour the various spaces they rent out the manager quotes you a price and when you finally go back downstairs to rent it out you fill out all the paperwork and answer all the questions and then the prices change, He has done this to me and I have seen him do this exact same thing to 3 other customers and always says the same exact line. «Maybe you misunderstood me but this is the price I will contact the main office and perhaps they will give you a discount» No one every gets that discount.
The second problem I have with this company is they have signs all over saying they offer free use of a moving van when you rent a storage space and have the van sitting outside. When you try to use the van he will tell you he is sorry it is already reserved by a customer at another location (but you pass by later and see the van was never moved) and then explains to you that this one van is shared by 3 different storage locations. So basically you have the same chances of hitting the lotto 2 days in a row as to actually get to use their free van.

Wonderful staff. Very friendly & helpful. Their prices are competitive. Secure location. We always felt safe. Would certainly recommend them.
