Enterprise Rent-A-Car

As Seinfeld said «you know how to take the reservation, you just don’t know how to hold the reservation. And that’s really the most important part of the reservation: the holding.»
Made me scramble around town for a car after I had confirmed my reservation but had no cars to rent. Not acceptable.

I called in the morning to inform them that I would be dropping off my car for repairs, and would need a rental. I dropped my car at impact, they called to have them pick me up for my rental. Took 30 mins to drive me ½ mile to their location, waited 40 mins for them to find a car for me, another 30 mins to wash and prep a car for me. When I entered the car, it was dirty, smelled, inside was stained, and pay stubs from I assume the previous renter, were in the car. Best of all, I start the car, and the low fuel light was on. Really, I couldn’t even drive home without buying gas? I have never in 30 years of car rentals, gotten a car with no fuel. I have always loved renting from National, enterprise bought national, sure hope their customer service doesn’t go down to enterprise levels.

Busy location but knowledgeable, polite employees. Everybody had a smile and a nice word. To tell you the truth, I was shocked! lol Not what I expected. Rachel helped me and was just so nice and had me in and out in a matter of minutes.

I had a reservation to be picked up the day after Christmas 2014. Things went crazy, no cars, massive recall, everything that could go wrong did. I received a call asking me to come in late, this obviously didnt work for me as I was on vacation and needed a car. Note the 5 star rating. The beginning of my ordeal was bad. The minute i entered the building and met Joanah Whitley things got better. Joanah was polite, charming, kind, and did the very best with the worst case scenario that was possible. She remedied the situation, was again so absolutely professional and kind I cannot put it into words how nice it was to deal with someone like her. I am posting this review here simply because Enterprise doesnt have some easy link for a consumer to let them know how awesome there staff is. Thank you again Joanah.

This place is terrible. More often than not, the rental car is dirty or has something wrong with it. The reservation is usually wrong too. Their excuse is «we are so busy» but what kind of excuse is that?

insurance company arranged the car loaner, lady clerk picked me up from nearby
body shop and did paper work. good service & friendly.
very people oriented !!!
