I highly recommend Bianca. She was very professional and welcoming. The whole staff is lovely. The facility is clean and the massage was fantastic!

I have finally found my way into nirvana. Bianka gave me the most wonderful experience. She sent me into a relaxation deeper than humanly imaginable. Her professionalism and skill was a thing of beauty. While melting into pure bliss, she made sure that I had everything needed. There is reason to believe her hands are made of magic. How else can I explain such a wonderful experience? For those 60 minutes, time stopped and everything wrong in life was forgotten.
Some people are okay with mediocre. If you find that to be true, do not waste your time because Bianka will only give you perfection. But, if you want to have a glimpse into heaven, just schedule an hour session with her. I promise you will be blown away. If I sound over zealous, it is only because I could not find a better way to describe the magnificent time that I had.

If your looking for great color, blow dry etc you must see Jessalyn. I’ve tried a lot of high end salons locally and she is definitely one of the best.

I have had many, many facials at different spas in Broward and Red Door is at the top of the list! Julia has magic hands:) You can just feel the skill & experience as her hands glide over your face~The bed cradles your body as she puts warm mittens on your hands after cream is applied to your hands & arms. If you need to relax & de-​stress, you need to book your facial w/​Julia! The products they use at Elizabeth Arden are very high quality & great for your skin.
You cannot loose here~I would highly recommend!

Lisa is a great masseuse. I had headaches for months. After a few sessions with Lisa, the headaches were gone. Yvonne is a great wax technician too.

Super friendly staff and excellent spa treatments! I highly recommend the reflexology foot massage and the oxygen facial. My hair dresser Jamora is amazing! Request her! Management are very helpful and friendly. I’ll be coming back.

Had an appointment with Harold the colorist and all I can say is wowowowow! He is unbelievably talented. He took my brassy mop and made me into the perfect blond! His demeanor is tops, made me feel comfortable right off the bat I knew I was in good hands! Red door he’s an absolute artist bravo!!!

I had the signature red spa pedicure. It was really relaxing. They started off with providing a warm neck pillow and a wonderful cup of tea. The pedicure included the works and was quite nice. I really enjoyed the warm cream massage. I am giving a four instead of five because I think it is quite pricy but I left feeling relaxed and happy which is priceless

I went to see Harold Egan yesterday for all-​over blonde highlights. I have brown curly hair and wanted the highlights to show up on my curls and define them (it really helps that Harold has curly hair himself so he knows how to work with curls!). Harold did a beautiful job of giving me what I asked for. He placed the highlights in a very natural-​looking way and the blonde tone was free of any brassiness, just like I asked for! He was also SUPER nice and very easy to talk to. I’m really glad I found him. I’ll be back to see Harold soon!

I went to see Harold Egan today for blonde highlights. Harold trained with Louis Lacari in New York City so needless to say — he knows his stuff! I was looking to change the tone of my hair from a yellowish blonde to a more ice blonde. Harold took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I asked for. For the look I wanted he used foils and took the time to wait for each section to process and only shampoo the sections of hair that were done and then wait for other sections to finish processing before shampooing those. I love this technique because it ensures you get a consistent color throughout. The color came out beautiful!
An added bonus was that not only is Harold a talented colorist but he was also a genuinely nice person and an absolute pleasure. I am very satisfied with the outcome and will definitely be back to see Harold soon!

I went on a Monday for the Red Door Signature Pedicure– 65 minute full pedicure with foot soak, double callus removal, scrub, hot towel wrap, massage with beeswax and shea butter, foot massage, paraffin treatment, and finished with Essie polish of choice. This was a $ 74 service.
When I arrived, they warmly greeted me and took me on a tour of the changing room, relaxation room, & dining area. It is a beautiful facility and you feel relaxed just walking through it with the dim lighting and soothing music. I had a 2pm appointment and they were ready for me.
I chose my polish and then Patricia (nail specialist) greeted me and took me to the pedicure chair. It reclines and has a vibrating back massager. There are curtains to separate you from the next chair. They offer you fresh flavored water… the flavor that day was watermelon. It was refreshing.
All the tools they use come out of a wrapper so you know they are clean. They apply the sanding adhesive to the tool so you know the sander is only used on your foot. They do offer gel polish if you want it.
My procedure was very relaxing. They start you out by applying a warm pillow to your neck and soaking your feet in warm water. The massage was a good amount of time. The paraffin treatment leaves you about 10 minutes to just completely relax as the wax hardens on your feet.
There is parking right in front of the entrance. You don’t have to park and walk through the mall to get to the spa. They sell products also. All the staff are very professional and friendly. Overall, it was a great experience and well worth the money when you compare the high quality and cleanliness of the service to other nearby salons.

I had an amazing facial yesterday at the spa. Kelly was my Aesthetician and she was personable and professional. Facial experience and results went beyond my expectations.
This was my first experience at the Red Door FLL and I will be back for sure!

Have been going there for years. Last time the experience was despicable. Unprofessional, rude, late, unapologetic in their mistreatment of clients. Better head to a $ 20 strip mall mani-​pedi and you will get better service

I went to see Harold on my first visit to The Red Door Salon for a full set of highlights. He was very nice and did a technique called balayage instead of foils. I had never heard of this before, but my hair came out so beautiful and blonde! I absolutely LOVED his work. I have since returned to see Harold again for partial highlights and he did not disappoint. I highly recommend him and this salon if you are looking to get really great color!

I love to get pedicures there. I give it 3 stars because I hate the nail polish that they use «Essie» after a week it starts to peel off and there are not too many colors to choose from. They need to use «opi». I hope they see this review and change there polish then I’ll be a customer for life.

This place is a complete ripoff!!! I had the signature pedicure that was not anything impressive for the money they charge. The massage they are supposed to give is a joke!!! I also had a regular manicure there that was $ 27 and I decided to get Gel Nail Polish that they advertise will last 10 – 14 days. I was very surprised when they charged me additional $ 20 just for the Gel that lasted 4 days and started to chip off. All they offered was to fix the chipped nails instead of giving me a whole manicure section for the inconvenience of going back and having ugly nails on my vacation. Not to mention that the lady couldn’t match the color of my nails with those on my toes. They provide an absolute average work for the amount of money charge.

Yesterday was the first time I visited Red Door Spa and was welcomed by the friendly receptionists. Had a pedicure with Ayesha who was so nice and did a fantastic job. Having recently moved from Manhattan, I am pleased to find this place. I will be back often for this and other spa services.

Just got my hair done here yesterday. I have been going to Jessalyn for years and I think she is the BEST of the best. I get partial highlights and a toner add on and get so many compliments thanks to her. Red Door also has amazing hair products that keep my hair very healthy! I love the entire staff there and their services are worth every penny.

This used to be my favorite spa. I came here for years to get my bikini waxed. This was the only place that had the right kind of wax for my coarse hair and skilled technicians that knew how to properly wax thick hair.
Unfortunately, all of the best aestheticians have left. The last two times I went to the Red Door, I was left with burns and torn skin.
Adding insult to injury, the last time I tried to make an appointment with one of my favorite aestheticians, I was curtly informed that she no longer worked there and then I was hung up on.
The pedicures also went from basic to useless. The basic pedi used to include the general pedicure procedures: some exfoliation, etc. Now it is only a $ 37 polish change.
I will not be going back to the Red Door, unfortunately. Too expensive for the kind of service they have now.
