Horrible customer service ! I went in there with my gf she’s never been to a wig shop before and everyone there was UNhelpful. We asked one lady who was clearly free to help us then she said we’d be helped by the other lady, and then that lady told us to go to the other one.
And even the store manager told us to wait and then we stood there in front of him until he finally gave us his attention. They say racism is dead, well I got news for you. BIGGEST case of reverse racism here. We are not African-​american but everyone in the store was, and NO ONE wanted to help us! Is it so wrong for my white gf to walk into a wig shop and want to buy a quality & cheap wig for a party???
Unbelievable! Terrible. I would NOT go back and I would definitely not let my gf go back EVER.
