Edco Awards & Specialties

Super easy to place an order. I was in a mad dash to source awards for our year end parties/​awards ceremonies next week, and found their website. I checked it out and called the 1800 number to make sure they had my items/​quantities stocked and could meet my tight deadline. Brittany was very helpful with my item selection, the proofs were presented quickly and correctly the first time, she pointed me to the location nearest to my office for fast pickup, and once there, was assisted by Brenda who was also great in double checking my order, which was just as depicted, and getting my payment processed quickly. All in all, a life saver for someone like me who was only given 3 days notice for turnaround.

What a great experience from start to finish!
I placed an order for some medals and within a day or two heard back from Brenda… she said they’d need the order in ASAP to get it in time before the holidays (they’d be closed for a week or so). Unfortunately I couldn’t get the art in on time — but, she even followed up on the last day in office telling me it was their last day to get it in before the break… really nice of her and great organization to remember what orders were pending!)
Once the break was over I finally sent over the art and she was still able to get it to my by the deadline. When I went to pick them up I was a little taken back by the showroom.
.MUCH.STUFF! It’s crazy. Any and all sports related trophies, crystal awards, medal awards, medals, glass, paperweights, stars of all sizes, plaques… you get it. The young lady that helped me at the store was super nice as well! The prices were more than fair and the medals came out AWESOME! Super heavy duty, great design and came with a neck ribbon.
Overall a great experience. From the searchability of their website, to Brenda’s awesome customer service, to the great folks at the actual store — to the quality product. All around great!

I love small businesses and this place reclaims my faith in humanity. Brenda had worked with our business in the past before I worked for my company, and when I took over my current position, I was met with 500 un-​trashed emails. The ones between my predecessor and EDCO were among the rubble for name tags for our staff, so I figured I’d keep those handy for the next order (name tags tend to disappear).
I emailed her about a week ago letting her know that I took over the position and wanted the same order as before, with a couple of specialty tags with names engraved. She asked how soon I needed them and sent me an invoice within the first two hours. I told her in the next month (no rush. Plus, I don’t know how long these usually take). She had them ready within a couple of days!
Well I’m a fool for not proofreading the invoice correctly, and the backs of the tags had pins instead of magnets (I could have sworn the previous order was for magnets so I didn’t think anything of it). Anyway, I emailed Brenda when we realized the error and she said no worries, come back in and I’ll fix them. I did that this morning and she had it finished within ten minutes. I was expecting to pay an additional bill (and would have had NO problem doing so) and she didn’t charge me extra for my foolishness!
Now THAT’S how it’s done. You have truly earned yourselves lifelong loyalty.

All I needed was a small job. A little trophy for my kid with a personalized engraving. They treated me like I was a customer with a huge order. Very well organized, knowledgable and courteous service. Price was right.

I found this place when I was frantically searching for a place to do a rush job engraving wedding flutes (the wedding was 4 hours later). Everyone with whom I spoke were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. When I arrived, it was only minutes before they had 3 samples for me to proof and within an hour they had the job complete. The glasses looked beautiful and elegant. They even helped me remove the stickers/​adhesive from the crystal and removed the smudges. The flutes made it to the wedding table and were a huge success!
