This is the second time I’m writing this review cause the first one was deleted. David and Doug catered my wedding and did a very un skilled, sloppy job. I had asked for specific passed apps in which they took no attention to. Asked for 3 food stations in which they were all sloppy with no direction. The bar staff had no idea what they were doing. Our DJ and MC were the ones that needed up catering to us and serving us. David walked around in a white sweaty shirt and serving paella with a burger spatula. If you don’t care about presentation and just want food in your guests belly then they’ll do the job but if you want your guests to have a good experience then look elsewhere.

David & Doug’s Catering did a top rate job on our downtown Fort Lauderdale office «employee appreciation day» lunch for 35 people yesterday. They did a manned pasta station, with a wide selection that met the need of all our different food requirements and preferences.
The food was a hit all the way around, the price point was very reasonable and they were great to work with. Thank you for making our event a success!

Unfortunately, I recently had to plan a funeral service. The funeral home recommended David and Doug’s catering to me for a luncheon. Dave was so great in making suggestions and helping me choose what platters I wanted to serve. He worked with my budget and provided a beautiful presentation. He did a yummy wrap platter with tuna, turkey, and ham wraps, a side salad platter of potato salad and coleslaw, and a dessert platter with bite size cheesecakes, cookies, brownies, assorted drinks and all the plates, cups, etc. The food was wonderful and everyone enjoyed it. Dave set up before the service and stayed until the end. He made sure I did not have to worry about a thing! I highly recommend David and Doug’s!
