As an update, it took me four tries for them to get my photo calendar printed and assembled correctly. Philip, one of the managers, expressed his remorse, whereas Tracie gave big time attitude. «Merry Christmas» to you, too. Not!

Somehow we have this same undesirable place listed twice. It’s listed once as Cvs and then here as Cvs Pharmacy. They are both one in the same and since I’m too idiotic to know how to properly correct the matter, my review below is that same as for the other. If there was ever a lousy CVS store this place has to be it. Always a long wait and on one occasion a prescription I was retrieving for another proved to be incorrectly filled, which could have resulted in rather tragic consequences had I not noticed that a left over pill from her prior prescription was entirely different in appearance. On the good side, going back, alerting the pharmacist resulted in a cash rebate, the new prescription correctly filled for free plus a twenty-five dollar gift certificate. In other words, keep me happy, keep me as a customer and hope that I shut about what happened. But, unfortunate and unknown to them, I’m a Unilocaler, so there’s no way such an event would stand a ghost of a chance of remaining unknown. Their counter staff is also far more of a pain to deal with than a pleasure. Basically slow, impersonal, seemingly always dealing with matters other than attention to customers. They have their own off street parking in the back, but when the pharmacy is closed, the back entrance is locked for reasons they post as «security.» What I conclude from that is that if they are concerned about their security while inside, how do they think I feel about my security stuck outside? The answer is, not too good, because they must be aware of the dangers around their store better than I am.
