Give the guy who invented the burrito bowl a Nobel prize, amirite? This location definitely has its pros and cons: Pros: It tends to not be super busy. The staff is friendly It’s always very clean Cons: The parking lot kind of sucks. It’s very small and if you park anywhere else nearby they’ll ticket you It’s freezing inside this place. Bring a blanket. I wish I was being dramatic. They are kind of stingy here. Of course they will give you more, but man it seemed like I had to ask for extra everything which I never typically do. I am not sure if they get a lunch rush here but I can imagine if they do it’s pure madness based on the size of the location and the parking. I’l definitely come back but I’ll know to get it to go.

I decided to get something quick the other day and stopped at Chopotle. Once there I decided to have the burrito and was totally suprised at how the portion and the flavor… In my opinion, it is pretty hard to beat that price for the portion I received. I actually barely could finish. Good service, clean and fast… not bad. Try it, if you like burrito’s you will be very cery happy.

It’s very clear since the big E. coli national scandal that Chipotle corporate is making big strides to improve the image of the brand. I never had a negative experience with them and realized it was likely an isolated incident-never planned on avoiding them. Nonetheless I was super stoked to receive coupons for free burritos in my mail. Came here once after placing an order online at work. It’s much easier to do this when you know you’re going to be coming here during peak hours-ie any day of the week between 11 – 3 and 5 – 8. Since I wanted lunch at work that day, I ordered online to skip the line, and went straight to the counter to pick it up. Counter girl was training someone new and they both were super sweet and quick with getting me my order, even with training someone slowing her down. In and out in under 2 minutes, fresh food and no line. Came again a few weeks later not having pre ordered and to some oddity there was an empty store. Line quick, food hot and nothing was scraped out of the bottom of the barrel like it can be when the place is packed. Again, in and out super quick. But that was odd since as I was walking out the people started to roll in, so maybe I got lucky. I haven’t had a bad experience here-but I honestly think that ordering ahead is the key to avoiding a massive headache and making the staff much happier to see another face walk in the door. For a «fast food» place, this is the only one I’ll step foot into.

I came here about 2 weeks ago and ordered steak tacos and the guy who was making it was not enthusiastic at all. He made my tacos extremely sloppy and put one shred of lettuce on one of my tacos and I had to ask for more. When I started eating my tacos I noticed the steak did not taste good at all. It tasted old and different. So I went up to the cashier and told her that the meat tasted bad so she went to go tell someone and it was the same guy. I told him what happened and he just sighed, didn’t even apologize and didn’t ask me if I wanted something else(which I was going to order something else). I found out the reason why the meat tasted different because another chipotle employee told me that the meat comes precooked now. It’s disgusting and I will not be coming back to any chipotle ever again. I thought chipotle was supposed to be better quality now but I guess not.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been to a Chipotle but going to this one I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t experience anything like what other reviewer had, or maybe they have done some changes in employees, but we had a very good experience. Supper friendly service by everyone down the line and the food was great. They asked appropriate questions, had a pleasant personality and just make the experience enjoyable. I’ll be back for sure!

This is the worst chipotle around. Don’t even bother calling or trying to place an order over the app. Too many times to even remember I’ve been hung up on or shown up after placing through the app and nobody has started making it. Place is also usually a mess behind the counter and the stuff is incredibly rude and lazy when ordering in person.

Horrible service!!! If there was a way to give zero stars… The service here is horrible. I have tried the app ordering twice now, given an estimated time the food will be ready and it is never ready when I arrive. I even give them an extra 5 mins by showing up 5 mins past that estimated time. The first time, the employees were just standing around chit chatting with my order still just taped to the wall. Not cool. When I asked why my order wasn’t ready, I just get blank stares and no response. If you can’t get ordered done on time, do not offer app ordering.

I stopped at another Chipotle to order lunch for me and my son, but since it was too busy i decided to go to one on my way home. not only they were not friendly, they served very little of everything, including the additional Guacamole that i paid 2.35 extra to get, i ended up paying more than 20 dollars for 2 small meals that not even my 5 years old would be satisfied. Poor energy and lack of customer service. NEVERAGAIN. the food was ok, i guess it was done with the same mediocrity that they work.

I want to start by saying that I love Chipotle. However, this particular location is terrible. I’ve been here 4 times recently and the employees behind the counter always seem bothered to help you. There are 6 – 7 behind the counter and I stand there for a good 3 – 4 minutes waiting for them to finish their personal conversations before helping me or the customer in front of me. I come here because it’s the closest one to my house, I gave them a few chances, but when the service sucks more than 3 times, I will drive the extra miles and go to the other one for better service!

I ordered lunch to go for my work. All of the lids were labeled wrong. Forgot dressing on the side. Also very hard to find parking during lunch rush.

This has got to be the worst location I have ever been to. First if you want to eat here past 9:30 be prepared to be sighed at, mean mugged and evil eyed. Second there is a male employee who everyone a person came in past 9:30 said«really?! This is not cool» all while taking orders. Third the register girl I kept complaining about how close it was to closing and locked the doors 5min early because she was«over it». Forth every time I come here they are always out of at least 1 meat and have no plans on making anymore. Always running out of food towards the end of the night is a sign of poor management. Fifth– this location always has trash everywhere, it honestly looks as if the only time they clean something is when they are closing. Sixth– while I was in line they started throwing away the tea and stacking the chairs at 9:50. Seventh– another employee not the two previously mentioned said and I quote«I hate when people come in late» and then continued to cook on the line. There was 3 people in front of her. Eighth– the manager or the key at 9:57 watched a paying customer park and open his door and get out of his car but continued to lock the door to the restaurant and walk away anyway and say«it’s too late it’s already 957 he should of came earlier» But still the food is delicious I could never lie and say it wasn’t but the service is so bad I’d rather just cook at home and I really hate cooking after working 11 hour shifts. I just hate dealing with the employees in the 9:00 hour because they are awful… There’s not much more I can say Hope this helps anyone trying to eat there after 9:00pm

Ordered food for pickup. Was ready on time, tasted as expected. Parking was the absolute worst!!! Avoid this location at peak lunchtime! It took me over 15 minutes to park!!!

The reviews citing customer service are quite a hoot! It’s Chipotle. The quintessential fast casual restaurant, the ingredients are always freshly made and you can see what you’re getting before they load it into your tortilla. My go-to place for a $ 7 lunch.

I love Chipotle, but the staff at this location is lacking. The o line order times are absurd, and half the time they’re not ready even when you do show up on time. And, the parking sucks at this location!

I have been to this location several times. Always giving them a chance to improve but I believe this is it. When it comes to reviewing, I don’t like giving bad or great reviews unless they really deserve them. This is the last time I will go to this location — their customer service is AWFUL! They have a group of kids(18 – 20 I would say) running this place and they simply don’t have a clue about customer service and/or how to treat people in general. They are rude, serve the smallest portions they can, and they make the best on making the ambience simply uninviting. I am done with this location. I wish I could give no starts. BTW, I believe I have never made a negative review before — this Chipotle location really deserves some help and a complete new management and more and improved training for its staff. Peace out!

Fresh ingredients and speedy service. I wore my Striker’s soccer jersey to get 2X1 purchase. If you following the Strikers on Facebook you will be aware of when they offer this deal. Chipotle is a supporter of the Fort Lauderdale Strikers Soccer team this season. I ordered two chicken salads. They will top them with beans, corn, grilled veggies, spicy sauces, shredded white cheese, pica de gallo, sour cream, dressing(if you want). I will definetly return.

Service was friendly and efficient as you make your way through the line. I came in for a chicken burrito but just had to sample the steak because it smelled so good. I found it quite tasty and well-seasoned for fast-food steak … but I chose the other protein source and loaded it with toppings. You choose from a bowl, burrito, or taco platter, then select your protein(chicken, vegetarian/pinto or black bean, steak, sausage) the toppings you want and without the ones you don’t … corn, salsa, guac, sour cream etc. Priced right and clean fast-food sans the drive-thru. Add a bag of chips and side of guac for a couple of bucks. they’re really good.

If there is one style of restaurant that has inundated the Fort Lauderdale market in recent years, it’s Mexican. Most of them are pretty darn good, but unfortunately Chipotle is one of them. When you walk in you will immediately note the stark, commercial, Spartan, unfinished appearance of the place with unpainted woodwork, sealed but Plain Jane looking cement flooring, only a few tables with chairs, the rest of the dining area being comprised of eating counters, generally with some left over bean and rice debris from a previous customer, with nothing but barstool seating. The food line and food selection is near cafeteria like with very choices and a limited selection. There is no salsa or condiment area, so no helping yourself to any of that type of stuff and worst of all, for hot sauces you only have a choice between green or red Tabasco, which to my mind is about as limited as you can get as well as being rather ridiculous since I think everyone knows that Tabasco sauce with its rather insipid bland taste has nothing whatsoever to do with the Mexican State of Tabasco. With my meal I had three tacos with guacamole, a total of not more than a single tablespoon full distributed over the three tacos for an extra charge of $ 1.80, which when I consider the volume, worked out to be the most expensive guacamole I’ve ever had. While I was there most of the staff seemed be seated, easting or otherwise playing around on their cell phones than doing much of anything else other than maybe allowing the eating counters to decline into a messy state of affairs. I’ve been to other Chipotle fast food restaurants. They were marginally OK, but this particular one by far the worst.

I just don’t get it … I had a steak burrito and the only thing warm was the tortilla. The steak, beans, and rice were literally refrigerated cold as cold as the sour cream. This is the second time I have experienced cold food I don’t see why are they so popular.

If you like Chipotle, keep driving south a few blocks. This place try’s to increase profits by not having items out, or available and then only giving small portions. Chipotle is normally very good, not sure if it was just an off day, but I won’t be back.
