Caribtix is holding monies on our account stating that the tickets were not funded, but monies for 6 tickets are being held. First transaction stated that the charges were fraudulent, attempted transaction a second time with the same issue, despite information being correct. caribtix stated that there’s nothing they can do regarding the change in ticket price, and only option is to pay for increased pricing in tickets. Jerk festival should provide customers additional options for online purchase, if caribtix is to be littered with issues and the inability to follow up with customer service at the time of ticket purchase.
Next time, will avoid online ticket purchase and purchase tickets from a brick and mortar location.
