I went in about 3 weeks ago. I ordered A Whopper w/​cheese no ketchup, no onion medium with onion rings and a vanilla iced coffee and a 10pc. nugget. I specified onion rings a few times because I really hate thick fries.
After a few minutes, I received my iced coffee. It was picture perfect. Delicious and smothered with whipped cream and caramel. A few minutes later, the manager calls to the back for the nuggets. They’re cooking still and I am decently patient when it comes to food.
About 10 minutes go by and he asks me what kind of sauce I’d like. I say no sauce for the nuggets, but can I get Zesty (for my onion rings clearly. I get my god and I grab some napkins on my way out.
After I left I went to grab an onion ring and I reached in and pulled out an old limp fry. Oh my gosh. Ridiculous!!! I only asked 4 times for onion rings and the onion ring sauce. If you’re waiting 10 – 13 minutes for fast food, you would expect your order would be almost perfect and no mess ups.

Went to this Burger King with a coupon for buy one get one whopper. Asked if they had chicken nuggets they told me they’re out of chicken!!! Paid over nine dollars for two whoppers and two large fries got home fries were old disgusting and cold!!! Then opened the bag for the whoppers surprise surprise Burgers were ice cold and disgusting old lettuce and not edible. Called and spoke to an employee and explain to them how discussing the food was and that they should be disgusted and upset with their service and quality of food! The response I got back was I can get you a gift card I told her no thank you… I agree with the other Unilocalers Wendy’s is way better and nicer!!!

So I’m sitting here and watch 6 black girls come in and order food and ask for water glasses. They then go over to the soda machine and fill them up with SODA. That is stealing! Why doesn’t management do anything???
