I want to preface this review by saying that I am a hard working individual whose background is in Hospitality Management and Communications. In addition, my husband is an IO Psychologist whose consulting work focuses on improving the customer service experience in large organizations.
I called this store on Friday afternoon to find out if they had a specific pair of pants that I wanted to purchase to wear for work. I was told that they had the pants, and I was also told that they’d put a pair aside for me to drive in and purchase on Saturday morning.
On Saturday morning I drove over and walked into a partial construction site. In spite of this, I asked the woman at the counter about the pants. She responded by directing me outside. Once outside the store, she retired me in a very nasty way about the store being under construction. I sat through a tirade she launched at someone over the phone that lasted several minutes. During the tirade, I asked her politely if she had the pants for me or not. Her response was to raise her pointer finger and extend her arm until it was inches away from my face.
When she finally hung up the phone, I again asked about the pants. Her response was «You come back Monday».
I said no. I told her I drove quite a ways to be there. To this, she rolled her eyes, shrugged her shoulders and walked away. She left me standing there in front of her store with no answer.
I do NOT recommend that anyone patronize a store where the owners are so incredibly rude to their consumers. Stay AWAY from this store.
