Axis Space

Huge waste of money. The owners are sketchy Colombian business men. Don’t be fooled. There are better office sharing spaces out there. The woman’s bathroom has a tampon and the men’s bathroom has a toilet paper roll. Not appropriate for work.

After working from home (and then local coffee shops) for over 2 years, finding Axis Space Coworking was just what I needed.
The modern and stylish facility and the welcoming community just add icing on top of the (coffee infused) cake.
I’ve been a member since they opened their doors in 2014. The facility is brand new and they are still growing and adding new perks on a weekly basis. The membership is starting to grow and already has a very diverse demographic with Igniters (as they call the members) from across the globe. There is a true international and cosmopolitan feel.
The space is clean and the amenities are abundant. Meeting with clients or colleagues is always a pleasure. Skip your trip to Starbucks, the espresso machine is fantastic.
If you have discovered that working from home is a bit too isolating, come to downtown Fort Lauderdale and join the Axis community.

Axis space is great. Great people to be Co-​Working around. Modern stylish layout, great views of the River Walk here in Las Olas. Awesome cappuccino machine included. :-)

I was really disappointed with Axis Space. Coworking spaces are supposed to foster community, but this place seems like it’s all about appearances with little substance at all. The «graffiti wall» at the entrance and the silly timeline on the floor left me wondering who the owners think their target demographic is. Not me.
I also feel this space is not welcoming to women. There are graphics up on their walls and on the door to the women’s restroom that embody sexist stereotypes. When I drew their attention to this (in writing), I was informed that the graphics were part of the «environmental design» and they would not consider changing them.
Although Axis Space falls short of the Axis Powers or the Axis of Evil in terms of the harm it does, my lasting impression is that they are a flashy group of wannabe high-​rollers who have misjudged the community they claim to service. The misogyny is just a bonus.

Talk about the perfect, coolest and most tech place to work and play!
This place apart from been super nice and have the best looking office spaces and furniture is anyone’s dream office!
Everything from the atmosphere to the people that come to work here are top notch, the service is amazing and this is definitely a place to look forward to coming everyday.
They have the best and latest tech gadgets, from super modern conference rooms to different office spaces to satisfy everyone’s needs! Including pool and gym I believe this is the office space for the future, lots of natural light, community working areas and all the facilities you can ask for to spend the day.
Definitely a Trend setter! Bravo!
