I thought «great, open for breakfast.» At 7:30 I place an order for two breakfast sandwiches– they were waiting for the pretzel breakfast sandwich rolls to finish baking. No problem. Ten minutes later I’m still waiting… my flight is starting to board. I speak up and ask how much longer to one of the four girls standing there. They hardly even responded and threw some egg patties in the oven. A few minutes later, a bag of sandwiches is tossed at me followed by an evil glare. Rude employees who don’t even deserve minimum wage…

I typically love Auntie Anne’s, but the rude employees, cold pretzels, and slow service will more than likely cause me to take my business elsewhere next time.

Extremely long wait for food, food was like Luke warm, 20 min wait for food and counting, I order pretzel dog wow I’m sooooo angry. Worst service ever! Wow and no buy 3 get one free! Gross! Britney the manager on duty was terrible not interested in what I had to say, also didn’t care at all!

I love auntie Anne’s, especially the almond pretzels. But this location was pretty bad. The pretzel was luke-​warm and my cousin waited 12 minutes for her pretzel nuggets. Also, it is the only location I’ve ever been to that didn’t offer buy 3 get one free pretzel. So I bought four pretzels for 17 dollars…
None of the workers seemed to know what they had in stock and what they were out of. They finally figured out their cheese sauce had arrived… at 5 pm. Severely disappointed with this location.

Not closed!
Located in the Galleria Mall, this free-​standing hall stand is still open for business. While they are not the freshest pretzels I have ever had at an Auntie Anne’s, they are still rather good. I split a salt pretzel with my better half. I can’t pass by without buying one.
At least I split one this time, normally I would get my own cinnamon-​sugar.
