Affordable Towing Service

On 5÷21÷16 my wife placed a call for assistance at our home located in Coconut Creek, FL. Our Mazda CX-​5 has been running great but for some reason would not start. We were told by dispatch it may be up to 45 minutes of a wait. We ended up getting two follow up calls and were given assistance within 30 minutes of placing our call. We were assisted by Manny who works for Affordable Battery and Towing. Throughout the process we engaged in conversation and this young man showed great enthusiasm for what he did but genuinely seemed to enjoy assistanubf us with our vehicle. Manny took the time to show me the reading on the diagnostic reading; although we had to replace the battery we were very pleased at the timeliness of Manny’s arrival and his quick work to change out the battery. Manny went a step further and checked the tire pressure on the vehicle, all with a smile under the super hot FL sun that day. I have had very good experiences each time my wife and I used AAA but this most recent interaction made it very stress free. What Manny did not know was earlier that morning we had a Maternity Tour at the local hospital as we are expecting our second child in September; coming back from the hospital, dealing with a vehicle issue was not something we looked forward to. Thanks to Manny it was a positive experience and we truly appreciated his assistance helping us out.

My car recently overheated and I needed a tow. Affordable Towing was sent out by AAA, I had the pleasure of meeting Ernest the tow truck driver, he arrived within 15 mins. Triple A told me it would take 45 mins to an hour before they got there, I was happy he arrived quickly as it was getting dark, and it wasn’t a safe neighborhood. He arrived with cold waters for myself and passenger, I couldn’t believe how extremely polite and kind he was. His first concern was our safety and recommended we wait in the truck while he looked over the car. He thought it might be a a snapped belt. We asked his suggestions for a place to tow the car, he recommend we take the car to the mechanic at Affordable towing. I was very skeptical, but took his recommendation, and I am so happy I did! The belt that broke they repaired for less money, then other mechanics I called quoted me for and in half the time. Thank you Ernest and thank you Affordable Towing
