The absolute worst. The drivers they contracted with did not speak English. They shook my 81 year old dad down for money to put the car on the truck in Jersey. They showed up a day late, never called. And then they couldn’t decide whether to deliver on Friday or Saturday. Though the web said cashier or certified check, the drivers demanded cash only. (Went to the bank and acquiesced). When the car finally arrived with 15 minutes notice, the driver refused to give me the car though I had cash in hand. He then threatened me and put the car back on the truck. I had to call the cops to get MY car from the driver. Nightmare. DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THEM. They hire bad people and bad drivers.

Thanks to these guys, transporting my car from Florida to Virginia was the easiest and smoothest part of the entire process of buying the car.
Affordability: They were the most affordable of 17 moving companies that I got quotes from, and actually worked with my very limited budget, rather than giving me a flat-​rate quote.
Also, they charged me a deposit of $ 100 only once they sent me documented proof that my car had been picked up by the driver. The rest was due on delivery. This made me feel very secure.
Communication: They were very courteous, and the gentleman I spoke with on my first phone call, made himself available to me to answer any questions, day or night, throughout the process, until the day I actually took possession of my car. He actually took the time to explain the ins and outs of the process to me. They updated me via phone and email, every step of the way, and even called me to alert me an hour before my vehicle arrived.
Ship time: My car was picked up from the dealership in Florida on Monday, and I received it in Virginia, on Wednesday. Super fast!
Reliability: They use only bonded and insured drivers, and actually faxed me the insurance information of the driver who was transporting my car. So, in case of a mishap, I would be covered for up to $ 125,000.
I am extremely pleased with this company, and highly recommend it.
