2000 Nails

This is for the one by Macy’s
WAY overpriced! I went before my wedding told them in advance that I had to be out by 12 they said sure no problem. They took so long to do my nails, I told them I’d only do the toes if I can get out of here by noon. They guy said it would be no problem. So he showed me to a chair to get my toes done. I waited and waited and waited then looked at the clock it was 12:05 I asked what was going on the two women sitting at the register said he went out for lunch… He said he’d do my toes, knew about my schedule and left for lunch.
I like food too but he could have at least asked one of the two women sitting there to cover for him. Unfortunately I pre-​paid and they refused to give me back the money for the pedicure that they didn’t do.
I’ll have my 5 yr old do my nails from now on.
