InfoMedia installed a cell phone booster for me recently and it could not have been a more positive experience. Andy drove out (quite a distance to my rural home) three times to make sure the antenna was positioned as ideally as possible and to work with me to make sure the service was going to work for me with my cell carrier. As it turns out, my current carrier’s coverage is not sufficient enough to get a workable signal – even with the booster, but that knowledge alone helped me decide to do whatever I need to to get out of my contract and move to a carrier who DOES provide coverage to my area. Andy, the installer (and the son of the owner) is one of the nicest guys you’ll meet – truly! And he went out of his way to ensure I got the best service they had. I highly recommend them!
