U Got Nails

I absolutely love this place! The owners are so kind and remembered me from previous visits. They are the only place in Foco that does SNS/​natural nails, which I got done many times throughout college. Lovely people, lovely place. I highly recommend it!

Horrible — I got 2 nail infections after pedi’s here — they speak Chinese to each other all the time and basically ignore clients. Another time the owner pulled out what she said was an ingrown and it bled all over. Do not go here!!!

After going natural trying to grow my nails… I’ve decided to get my nails done… Got a pedicure and settled for nAtural nail. Love them… Fast and very reasonably priced… Paid 55 for nails and toes. Used to paying much more. They were awesome. They are the only salon here that does natural nail. Strong had mine on for weeks.

First time there and I am leaving my other salons! I got the natural nail system and it is fab. Never going back to shellac!

Dangerous salon! The woman who did my pedicure dug deep into the left side of my big toe and pulled out a piece of nail/​skin that clearly needed to be there — was excruciating at the time of the pedicure. Over the following two weeks I developed an ingrown nail on that same side of my toe and an associated infection for which I needed to a) go on antibiotics and b) have surgically removed by a podiatrist. Again, excruciating pain for nearly 2 weeks and I am still in recovery. The podiatrist says there is a 50% chance the nail will grow back ingrown and if so I will need to have it permanently removed. I have no history of ingrown nails! I told the salon owner and she yelled at me, telling me this is my fault. I am currently looking for a lawyer who will help me sue them. Avoid this salon if you can.

I used to live right near this nail salon and they were super friendly since then I have moved and have tried coming here many times. Everytime I try to go there they ask if I have an appointment and of course I never do because before it was never a problem. Yesterday I went with my sister who is visiting me, we were asked if we had an appointment and said no, then three other people came in and were not asked and we were told to come back later. They were super rude and will not be going back.

Everyone is extremely friendly, the atmosphere is calm but fun with plants a fountain and fish tanks, nice décor. They do a great job, my favorite is Natural Nails better for your nail bed and easy to maintain. There pedicures are awesome also especially the On Sen one or the Pearl.

I have been to this salon 3 times, and had 3 pedicures and one manicure during my visits. They allow walk-​ins, so they can get backed up when they get busy, but overall are efficient compared to similar salons. While there is a bit of variation among nail techs, their pedicures are excellent even compared to much pricier salons, so overall I have been happy with the results. My advice would be to either schedule an appointment or arrive during off hours if you just walk-​in. The operation is very clean, which is one of my greatest concerns at nail salons. The coupons delivered through the mail make the services a great value.

service here is decent. but they lack professionalism. i showed up at 9 on a friday (when they open) & they weren’t there! i waited 20 minutes for them to show up. and then they took somebody else before me. they insisted she had an appointment. the services i’ve had there — including gellac & a pedicure — have always been pretty good. it really depends on which nail tech you get.

I am so unhappy with my visit to U Got Nails today. I had my acrylics removed to put a new set on and the lady did not clean the acrylics off of my hands (after soaking them to remove them). I asked her to and she said it would come off when I washed my hands, which I knew was not the case. So after washing them I asked if she could clean them up and she «tried» to but still left so much on by the time I left. My nails look poorly done, they have markings in the middle of them and are not smoothed out (there are a lot of areas where it is thicker than it should be). She did not clean the nails underneath so I have a lot of glue and filler to pick out and finally, the worst part, is they demanded $ 10 more than what we discussed. I asked them why because initially when they asked what I wanted I told them I want the $ 25 acrylic set but they did another type instead without letting me know. They did not acknowledge my concerns at all when I questioned them. I am not a happy customer and will not return.
