It’s a typical supplement shop, but with one great distinction. They have an employee (name escapes me but short dark haired female) who is amazing! She is very knowledge and always straight up about the latest research on what works and doesn’t… even it results in me going somewhere else. This is the kind of employee the owner’s should be thanking the stars for. Recently, she turned me on to organic yam baby food (in the squeezable resealable packages) at Whole foods as a quick on the go source of medium glycemic carbs. I believe her background is in bodybuilding and running (crazy combo I know). Anyway, her expertise keeps me coming back. Thank you employee whose name my lame-​butt can’t remember!
