The Pavillions at Silver Sage was a great place to live. Had I not transferred to Chicago I would have stayed much longer than two years. The apartments are large and have been well remolded. There is ample storage and very large closets. The office staff is great to work with and Kevin was so knowledgeable, not only about the property, but Fort Collins in general. They have special events for residents and the overall vibe in the community is very positive. The maintenance staff was quick to make repairs. Thumbs up for the Pavillions.

I lived in the Pavilions for a year and LOVED it! It was a bit on the pricey side but for the spacious apartments, garage, pool, weight room, and other amenities it was worth it. Maintenance staff was AMAZING! They came within 24hours of placing a work order, were conscious and courteous of our pets, and were always thorough in their work. Kevin and Cory at the front desk were also very warm, welcoming, and helpful. My only complaint was living on Drake was EXTREMELY loud because of traffic.

Currently live at the Pavilions. So far, so good. A little pricier than other apartments in the area, but the nicer apartments are worth it. Maintenance staff is great. We will see if they can maintain their 4 stars come re-​lease and rent-​increase time.
