Terrible customer service. Three young employees were goofing around while I walked by several times trying to find something. When I finally asked, one guy said, ‘Um…I think that’s down there’, and he pointed in the general direction of nothing! Finally, a nice, older gentlemen helped me. If it weren’t for him, I’d still be wandering the aisles!

Great store with very helpful employees. I go there often and always get help when needed, by employees who really seem to care about customers. I really like the electrical and plumbing departments — they all seem like pros their area. I would highly recommend this store to everyone.

The customer service here is outstanding, period.
Again, today I needed help at the customer return desk and «Sydney» exceeded my expectations.
I’ve been in the store 30 – 15 minutes before closing in need of a product not on the shelf, but showing to be in the store. Every time the employee I’ve contacted has willingly retrieved the item.
The shelves are often fully stocked. I’ve received ideas and suggestions which have aided in completing my project.
I recommend this Home Depot to friends and family.

Worst store I’ve been in. Was told wrong aisle for wet vac. No one to ask for help! Would strongly recommend bypassing this store. Disorganized and definitely confused!

It is what it is. A HD in super suburbia (Ft Collins) that has pretty much anything you need for your project, and about every fourth employee you ask for help knows what you need.
It’s clean and well stocked, the checkout staff is friendly enough, but the parking lot is super small and not well designed — watch your stop signs (or lack thereof) carefully.
