This location is the worse I’ve ever visited. It is very convenient on my way home but I rather go elsewhere or not get a Starbucks at all. The last 3 drinks I had have been far from right. One drink was cold (it should of been a hot chai but it was like it sat until it was room temperature), another drink tasted like pinesol cleaner (it was a holiday spice flat white and I’ve had it elsewhere and it tasted great), then today my chai tasted off (almost sour). I complained these last two times and was dismissed but the workers. Very disappointing. If I want a Starbucks from now on I’ll go somewhere else. Don’t go here!

It always feels slightly canned in a Starbucks, but the staff, while seeming SLIGHTLY robotic, was SUPER nice, and I can’t ever feel bad about going to a place where the staff is so nice, and seems like genuinely decent people. It’s right down the street from me, so if I need a change from Fort Collins Coffee House, I can see coming here again.

Last reviews were back in 09′ and 11′. 08/​20/​2013-​I was greeted and baristas were very friendly, what you would expect from any Starbucks… No complaints here!

The nice and updated interior is not making up for the train wreck that occurs anytime I visit this store. Same recipes at every store so why is it so hard for these folks to get it together?
Horsetooth Store, here’s a couple tips to help you to start writing the wrongs:
#1 — Cut the idiotic banter. Anything more than a simple «Good Morning» amongst strangers can be a bit much. It’s good being nice, just keep it short.
#2 — There’s one thing you just don’t mess with: folks in a hurry before they’ve had their coffee. EXPEDITE!
I can’t even drive by this place anymore on my way to work. That’s right — I take a different route to go to a different SBUX, less than a mile away.
You’re dead to me Horsetooth.

This place has the same drinks taste wise as any other Starbucks locations. A couple times in the late day though their pumpkin bread and banana bread were going hard. Not so good.
