Rami does exceptional work! My carpets have never looked better. They were in rough shape, especially the stairs, and now look bright and clean. They dried quickly without any stiff, «crunchy» areas.
I also had a love seat that I purchased second-​hand cleaned before I brought it into the house. It looks brand new and I’ve received many compliments on it.
I highly recommend this locally-​owned business.

Premium Carpet and upholstery cleaning have done such an excellent job for saving my carpet in our last home and removing difficult spots, they saved me from having to replace my carpet in master bedroom and bath! They also did a great job in our current home the carpet looks brand new again and the stairs were cleaned so professionally — I had my carpets cleaned yesterday and feel so happy when I am able to find a company who lives up to my expectations of great quality and and prompt service!!!

The owner, Rami, was very involved with the cleaning. He seems very involved in the business as he was around for all of the work. His lead tech, Zach, (he seemed like a lead tech) explained to me more about carpet then I ever realized. The quality of the chemicals they use is awesome. Soap attracts dirt. They use citrus based cleaner. I like that. Zach is very patient and hard working. I’ll ask for him next time. My carpets never looked better.
