I discovered the Kostas Gyros booth at Taste of Ft Collins yesterday. They had a gyro on the table and it looked delicious. As I waiting for a customer to pick that up, I ordered one for myself. So… they’re apparently pre-made, half the size of the display gyro(the one on the table) for $ 8. That was a disappointment. The gyro meat was good. Otherwise, the sauce was the consistency of water, the lettuce and tomatoes uninspiring. Rarely can an American spot do a kebap justice.

I’ve been going to Pizza Casbah since they opened and I’ve never been disappointed. From take out slices to delivered monster sized pies, the pizza is phenomenal. The expanded menu offers a ton of choice, and the chocolate cannoli are a perfect way to finish off a pizza that is out of this world!!! Place is still amazing! The 24 inch pie with chocolate cannoli on the side!!! Forget about it!

I went in to Pizza Casbah to use the Hooked deal for a buy one get one free slice of pizza and was told that they had to check if they still honored the promotion despite it being on the app. Apparently they honored it for today but not the previous day. However when I tried to place an order, I was met with a rude attitude and was charged for an extra topping despite it saying buy any one monster slice get one topping slice for free. Seems like they frown upon users of the hooked app.

We ordered 2 large pizzas + garlic knots for delivery yesterday evening and $ 46 later we received cold, dry pizza. Super bummed, this place has great reviews and we were expecting yummy pizza. We will not be ordering from here again.

Enjoyed a New Yorker style pizza today. Delivery was prompt and the driver was friendly. I grew up in Lower Manhattan, and let me tell you, their sauce is on point. The light aroma and distinct tangy acidity flooded me with nostalgia. Extracting the slice from flimsy paper bag, away from you at a slight angle, deftly folding it before the point falls and you loose precious cheese. The feeling of hot grease drenching your hand as you turn your head to the side to take that first bite. And the explosion of flavor, enjoying the cacophonic symphony that is the city. With a good sauce to cheese ratio, and a crunchy crust with just the right amount of chew, I have to say that Casbah has the best New York slice in Fort Collins.

Great Zaa! One of the better pizza joints in FOCO. The slices of pizza are affordable, ginormous and tasty. The place is sort of a run down, ratty, stoner boner, hippy type of joint but it is a fun and unique dining experience with good Zaa(slang for pizza). Lots and lots of obnoxious and more than likely stoned college ochers — seems to be a popular spot for zoned out college kids with the late night munchies. Nature called and I stumbled to the extremely small and worn out bathroom and the rotted door just about fell off the hinges and it reminded me of a bathroom in in a trailer house and I was like WOWWTF! Can any one spare some THC laced gummy bears to go with Neanderthal sized slice of Zaa?! Welcome to Jamaica man! Booya! Oh I forgot, don’t have your pizza delivered because you will probably be lucky to get it on the same day you ordered it! Funny how stoned delivery drivers seem to forget a lot of things!

Some of the best pizza in foco, but the delivery times are pretty ridiculous. I’ve had pizza take 1:45−2hrs to be delivered the last three times i have ordered. Other than that, exceptional food.

So excited to have found a place with such amazing pizza! Their giant slice is truly giant… ordered two plus garlic knots and it was way too much food. But I’m not complaining! It has a hole in the wall, college joint feel which I also loved. Their prices were fair to exceptional(if you order one of their daily specials) and they had a couple local beers on tap. Awesome!

We use to love this place, but our last pizza order was possibly the worst pizza I’ve EVER seen and tasted. The pizza came basically so under cooked we threw the entire thing away! When I called to complain and request my money back, they took zero accountability and basically brushed it off. I put off giving this review because I did get my money back, but since I was searching today for a new place to order from and give my money to, I thought I might as well give others a heads up and avoid this place. The sad thing is, I probably would’ve given them another chance had the«manager» tried even a little to win back a good customer, but I guess like cooking a pizza the entire way, that just requires to much work. I really wish I could’ve written a great review of what used to be a great pizza place. :(

This review is based off their delivery service! Not from the area, we were looking for a local place that delivered to our hotel. The phone gal was friendly and efficient. We knew it would take an hour to arrive ahead of time so that’s ok. The delivery guy was a friendly college kid. We ordered an order of 6 garlic knots and a large 14″ pizza with 2 toppings. The knots were stuck to tinfoil(perhaps a delivery challenge for this appetizer) although once we got all the foil off it tasted great. The pizza was only half-covered with toppings. The crust was pretty soft and thin, and sadly reminded me of cafeteria pizza. Could just be personal preference.

Always a win. Haven’t been here in years and I love it everytime I come by. Huge slices remind me of New York!!! Thanks.

Pizza Casbah throws out coupons and deals like creepy vans throw out candy. If you shop at Safeway down the road, you will find 1 coupon every 3 inches of coupons. So buy a bunch of 50 cent items in groceries, and you will more than make up your money as it translates to free slices of pizza. Here’s where I’m getting. Pizza Casbah not only has $ 1 slices from 2−5PM most days of the week, 49 cent wings on Thursdays… but offers all-day-valid coupons for BOGO large cheese slices. At $ 2.79 a pop, you pay a flat $ 3 for 2 face-size pieces. Beyond the price, the quality backs up the experience. The blending of cheese and dough together make up a salty conglomerate, which gets toned down by the sweetness of the thin layer of tomato sauce. And the crust, though thin as can be(as New York-style should be), maintains crispy texture. Nothing to call outrageous and unique here, but they have been holding their ground on Laurel for quite some time. And in a town crowded with pies, Casbah knows how to run with the best of them.

Born and raised in NY — I know my pizza. This is as good as it gets out here in Fort Collins. Every other pizza place in town tastes like Domino’s. Anyone who doesn’t like this place obviously grew up eating fast food pizza and have an unrefined pizza palate.

Some of the best pizza(for the best price) around. Pizza Cas is conveniently located next to campus, and with slices as big as theirs, it’s really hard not to stop by ALLTHETIME. Not to mention the perfectly-placed tent in Old Town. Perfect end to any night out. Slices are $ 1 on Monday and Tuesday afternoons(2−5pm), though they don’t serve the giant slices with this deal. Almost every coupon book/Safeway receipt has a 2 for 1 giant slice coupon, so be sure to check those out before you go! The beer prices are alright too, and if you can snag a table outside on a nice day it makes for a great meal! This pizza is delicious, the slices are huge, and the deals are great. GO.

What a treat!!! We got there and it was packed with college kids, middle agers, a dad in town visiting his student son, and a young family. So obvi a very eclectic clientele. We could see why right away. There was something for everyone! Including a 24″ pizza! That thing was soooo huge! Wings. A million kinds of pizza. Sandwiches. Mellow Yellow on tap. We got a giant slice of The Queens and it was delicious! Exact same size you get in NYC! We also got an All American pizza. Tator Tots on a pizza? Yes please!!! It’s a tiny hole in the wall. Narrow and deep just like the pizza places in NYC. So even the actual restaurant was authentic. Loved it. Go!!!

I like pizza a lot. I watch food network a lot. the more i get out to places that have been on food network i realize that they aren’t always the mecca of food goodness you expect after seeing it on tv. With a name like Pizza Casbah i was unsure what to expect — and i guess this pizza was ok. nice divey atmosphere, lots of students, lots of garlic. i saw reviews that said«huge slices» and sadly my experience was a pretty average sized slice of reasonably average quality for a fair price.
