Very poor communication by the technician cost me $ 3000 in lost product. Make sure you are well informed before Mr. Appliance creates more problems than they fix for you.

Mr. Appliance came to fix my Kitchenaid dishwasher which was leaking onto the floor. They emailed me a two hour window in advance of each appointment and called when the technician was on his way, both of which I appreciated. The technician(Dave) was on-time and made an effort to keep my house clean as he worked. He quickly diagnosed the problem and identified the part required. I was impressed as he pulled up the part required and the installation charges right on his iPad and take a payment via a Square adapter. The part arrived 3 days later and I was able to quickly schedule installation for the next day. The same technician arrived, and was early to his appointment. The installation went smoothly and the problem was solved. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the price seemed kind of high compared to the internet price for the same part and the relatively low complexity of the install.

This company is horrible. Ken(owner and technician) repaired my dishwasher. Well. .. I should say he really did not repair my dishwasher. . he tried to repair it, broke it and made it worse. Then he scratched my counter and my floor. I called him and left at least 10 messages. He did not call me back. I think he is out of business. Totally Shady and fraudulent.
